7s vs Gens!!!!

How about in squad battles over the game they are based around where one 7 and Gen are the team captains and they choose a team and go against each other. This would be able to be a tournament amongst all divisions based around that same game, where the winner advances until at the end there is 1 seven and a team of people from a squad

V5 CTF(4v4 on MLG settings[Pro BR loadouts] on small maps such as dispatch and simplex) on halo 4, with 2 HH members and 2 non HH members to increase competitiveness overall and motivate people to better themselves and potentially become part of the HH teams
