That's lovely, but this is a member assistance nomination for KSI Bear 46 As KSI Bear 46's Division Leader, I will say Bear is a highly valued member in FI who is a great help to not only junior or new members and those with forums issues, but to the leaders as well. He's my go-to Sgt to level with someone and work side-by-side to get them where they need to be. Never has turned away anyone with a question or in need of his assistance. He helps in every capacity he can. Very fortunate to have such an awesome member in my division, and he sets the bar HIGH for Sgts in FI with the way he mitigates minor issues and provides practical help to all

I apologize in advance for any typos as I drop this post from my phone to witness. True he's part of T&E which is getting a lot of action and thus requiring overtime from staff to support efforts, as well as productions team putting in fine work with his willingness to learn from the experienced and his outstanding attention to detsil and creativity. Chickenwing has provided something outside of the demands of his present duties and responsibilities...outside of the standards of KSI. Lets not forget the joy he brought to those who came to him for his creativity & artistic skill & handy work with making KSI branded controllers. That boosted the activity, morale, and motivation to new heights. Making these controllers brought the fun to the forefront of our operations that didn't require prompting. He did this of his own free will and original thought. The quality of the controllers he created with careful brush strokes and meticulous detail and process is nothing short of amazing. I have one myself as one of the first few. Know what he told me during our conversation about what he was doing? He said he simply wanted to bring a piece of KSI to people thst hey can hold and cherish. Such a humbling thought from someone genuinely interested with the community's experience here. His unique ability has brought the KSI experience to a new level. What he's doing is exactly what this community is about. By all means I do believe he deserves OS lvl1. Best of luck to you bud.

Wow so cool! :D Congratulations to all the winners and big ups to all those who were nominated. This is only recognition for all your hard work, not a retirement notice lol. So keep up the hard work and continue to mentor others to do better than yourself!

I would also like to witness for this award. KSI Oraclex 7 is instrumental in seemingly ALL divisional affairs. From on the spot, last minute gathering for a quick meeting, passing out time sensitive information directly to individuals, to hosting events, mentoring & training officers, policy implementation & enforement. Great member to have in FI and leader to have in KSI. SHE IS RESPONSIBLE FOR OVER 60 NAME CHANGES IN FORCED INDUCTION THIS YEAR ALONE via "Corporal's Showdown" tournaments held a few days out of each week! She is a true leader who's wisdom and guidance is sought after by all officers and other members from within the division. Oracle was already operating at the level of a Co-Founder as a General, and is ALREADY operating at the level of a Founder now alongside Acidvapor making this division kick some serious ass! Oracle has devoted much time and effort to recover a struggling squad, recruit and train it's way up from the brink of merging to now ready to split any moment faster than any squad in FI slowly making their way out of the 80's in members. Personally trained KSI Kreaky to take over Octane, the previously trouble squad mentioned, who is a promising and rising star now in FI as a recently promoted General. Oracle is already personally training and mentoring up another General to take over the new squad after Octane splits to ensure success of that squad. The amount of work and effort she puts into KSI and her members is astounding. Oracle is a highly motivated and dedicated member of this division and KSI. Certainly one of the hardest working members I know of or have encountered. Her efforts greatly reflect that which embodies all that is KSI in the most positive light and is a shining representation of Forced Induction Leadership.

I'd also like to serve as a witness to KSI Doctor 7's phenomenal dedication to this community. From the very start, he's been a driving force himself keeping everyone motivated around him and even those who haven't met him but have heard. He's brought the FUN back to clan ops! I'd like to see him sign in from his perspective to see how many enthusiastic messages and game invites he gets from hundreds trying to soak in the positivity and motivation this guy has. The splash he's made here in KSI has already echoed across the community. Everyone knows and loves this guy, and for good reason too. He's honest, fair, extremely hard working, and truly puts others before himself. It doesn't matter if you're in a different division or not, he will help you as much as he can no matter what he's got going on. I've had several members ask him about the details to running head hunter teams, I've personally picked his brain multiple times about forum moderation and he's helped me quite a few times with FI forum section (as well as other senior forum mods - thanks guys). Flat out, look at this guy's output. He's a senior forum moderator following in the footsteps of the infamous Luci Lux and Ri0T who have been holding it down for so long. His integrity and ability to be unbiased have never been in question as he's a newly promoted Co-Founder and Co-Head of the AAP department. Doctor is always in the mix of KSI sponsored events whether it's the face of it or helping out behind the scenes. The most recent events being KSI Spirit Week where he did phenomenally, or going off showing his gun skills on the live streams since. His juniors know, love, and respect him very much. The result of his actions are the epitome of what a leader should be doing - not just telling people what to do but rather people WANT to do things FOR him. I have no doubts in my mind that KSI Doctor 7 has accomplished many other things I don't know. However, I will say that if for whatever he hasn't proved himself to you (whoever is reading), you can bet your ass he will in due time. He's showing no signs of slowing down and will certainly be one to keep an eye on as he climbs the ranks. KSI Doctor 7, you're doing an awesome job through and through. Love what you're doing man. I can also vouch for OS lvl 2/3. iLLuSii0nz 7 has been an invaluable member not just to those divisions he came from and eventually supervised as director over, but to our community as a whole. His hands on tactics to exercise intrusive leadership greatly instilled responsibility and motivation in hundreds of members in his charge. He has always upheld all of KSI's code of conduct and represented the community in the utmost professional manner. As head of the productions department, he has grabbed a hold of this program and really brought it to the forefront of our operations by being the face so to speak of what everyone sees by using all the resources and even outsourcing to create great KSI content for all to see. He's a highly dedicated member willing to do and has done everything it takes to make successful squads, leaders, and divisions. Never one to turn his back on the open door policy and is easily approachable, fair but firm. He's one of those reasons people devote their lives to stem cell research and cloning technology.... TO BREED MORE OF THIS GUY. He's simply an outstanding member who has accomplished much in his career and is only showing signs of much more to come. He's not stopping anytime soon and I'm glad he's on our side Keep up the great work man. I can't say it enough, you're simply awesomesauce.
