I didnt find him he reached out to me. He has sat with me and helped me learn that there are certain approaches to certain situations. Ive learned that to be a good officer you just have to think logically but keep your squad running with emotion. Be Because your squad is family learn to love it but dont let it fall apart.Hes a great mentor to have and i think he deserves this award he is my mentor and always will be.

He invites me to parties not only for KSI duties but just to chat or have fun and lay a game together. The fact he gave me the opprotunitys to rank up. He showed me that just because hes higher doesnt mean he doesnt have time to spend time with those lower in rank. He has had my back my entire 2nd expeirence here in ksi. Ive seen him have the backs of others before. Hes the one for when people say this person cant do something hell sit with that oerson and say yes you can. Hes an inspiration and my mentor and i feel he deserves this award Because he reaches out to as many people as can and gives his lending hand without expecting anything back. Laffy has been nothing but yet another inspirational member in my eyes. When i first joined i said there is no other person i can look up to like the way i do steelers 7. Guess i was wrong because since ive met laffy he has done nothing but inspired me to work harder and try and be a mod of a forums sections in some way shape or form. I now get on the forums everyday on my phone even if i have to. I work hard on the news team and in my squad. I read and study everything there is to learn on the forums page. Im glad i know laffy because if ive never met him who knows where i would have been right now.
