I wanna give a special Shout out to 2 special people tonight. One of whom is unfortunately no longer in... KSI. BUT I don't care this shout is happening anyways regardless. 
I'd like to thank Lez Kat for helping me through rough times and pushing me to stay here where my division needed help. She was there when I had questions and helped me learn alot about my rank as I was a gen. And soon was there for when I needed help outside of KSI as well. We have known eachother longer than we've been in this community and for me to stay and watch here go it left me in a tough spot. But I'm happy she pushed me to stay. To take care of the very division she had started.
And I'd also like to thank KSI Sycdan 7 for being there as my final time of being gen turning cofounder. And for persuading me that to stick around to help him raise this once great div back from the ashes. We took a hard hit back in 2016 and it still slightly shows. But we're picking up the pieces slowly but surely. And I'm grateful Sycdan was able to be a part of that. He helped me so much. No matter how often I put myself down or feel like I would be nothing in this community as I stood Idly by watching as our division was dying and on the brink of a merge.... he felt broken and wore out... and after seeing how bad the decline and fall of TI was hitting him. I tried to step up to the best of my ability along with other divs, officers... helping out the little guy. But unfortunately... when sycdan was finally able to access his one more often. He had already worn himself to the brink.
I appreciate everything these two have done not only for me but for TI as well.

shout out to KSI Sycdan 7. Though he may no longer be in TI at this time. He still helped me out so much. No matter how bad I wanted to leave or step down.... He always picked me up and helped me dust off at the end of the day. Made sure my head was on straight to help run the division beside him. He's helped out so many people. And inspired alot from how hard he had pushed himself... To the point where unfortunately we didn't realized how broken he himself had become trying to keep our heads above water.
To me TI will never "my division" it will always be "our division"

Wanted to give a nice shoutout to those who came in and started to try and pull TI back into its former glory. Can't tell you how appreciative I am to have you here. No matter how many times you goofballs end up giving me whiplash from all the miscellaneous shenanigans....    
Thank you to @KSI xPRIDE and KSI Itz Brutal for pulling in the recruits no matter how heavy the situation and frustration gets. Got a game plan going now for cyanide and I really hope it works out in the end. ESPECIALLY with the recruiting.

While Azrael hangs out with his son at home, he also enjoys hopping on with others from his divisions. Checking up on them and helping them out if they have any questions. He's a great go to guide and kind ear if someone is dealing with issues whether it be for KSI or personal reasons. He may occasionally be silent but he's always keeping an eye on things from behind the scenes. (Like a weird parental stalker trying to make sure their kids don't accidentally set the house on fire)

Beyond the call is and understatement when it comes to Sycdan. He was just a co-founder starting out, learning new things and running around like a crazy chicken with its head cut off. And now that he's a founder... He tries as best he can to push his division to greatness. And even through the rough patches he still moves forward. He like Azrael.. is there for his div, and his squads along with the members in them. Even dealing with his own issues, He hides them away to help out others with both personal and in KSI. Despite being in the UK he's stays up extremely late to be sure that he gets all the info he needs to send out to his officers along with dealing with people making time for gaming.

This person has such passion about not on TI but KSI as a whole. He wants so much for this community, and I have never had met someone willing to do so much and push himself to the absolute brink to do not only whats right for his own division but for everyone! He wants to see and and do so much to help everyone. Regardless of personal issues he still tries as hard as he can to help out others no matter the situation. He's a fighter, he speaks his mind but he always means well. The passion in this person is absolutely shown by the work he does to help out his gen and his squad. And despite minimal training he has pushed through all obstacles put in his way and has shown pure determination for the rank placed upon him.

KSI HAWK6969 will be holding workshops and meetings each Tuesday at 6pm (8pm eastern) this week will be for privates up to staff sergeants. Next week will be for staff sergeants up to captains. And then each week he will work on hopefully be getting more people active on the forums and get everybody posting.

Reasoning why they deserve this - Azrael is like a personal go-to guide. He's always there for his divisions as well as gens and members if they have any questions or concerns that others are unable to solve. Even with the car accident, a son at home,and his volunteer work  he refuses to rest to help those who needed him. He's hardheaded when others tell him to take it easy but he's a prime example of how to get back up and keep going no matter what the obstacle.

Reasoning why they deserve this - Though working long days and part way through the nights, Kat has always found time to be there for her division. And even though through rough times of her own she still is willing to listen and help her members though their problems no matter what the issue may be. The environment she has created is more than that of a division it's a family. Kat has gone above and beyond her call of duty to help others both in and out of the community. And takes time out of her personal life to help guide and build her division. And though she does not see it sometimes there are others out there that she inspired to push themselves to the boundaries and keep moving forward to their goals.

Reasoning why they deserve this - Sycdan is KSI Lez Kats right hand man. While she is away either at work or tending to her personal life he is there to help make sure things run smoothly. He is very easy going and very understanding of people. And like Azrael he is also a very confident go to guide when others have questions or concerns. He stays up late hours to help out his foreign members when he is able. Though he may be tired some nights he's always willing to participate and be active with his members in any way he possibly can.

Reasoning why they deserve this - Though he does not wish to be nominated. He is very deserving due his absolute modesty and willingness to put others before all else aside from his family. He has been a great asset to TI and an absolute sponge when it comes to absorbing information. For this reason he has shown great initiative with his squad and has taken on everything thrown at him no matter what the challenge. He also helps in training his lower officers as well as others in need, anywhere from forum usage to orientation of a new member. He has done a great deal since he started in this community and hopes to do even more in the future.  

 

Shout out to the officers of Cyanide for picking up their activity on the forums a bit more. And for helping me with the squad so much while I'm away at work or dealing with a fussy child.
 
Shoutout to KSI Lez Kat 7: for helping get the squads more motivated and helping out anyway she can to really help the div grow. While still spending time with her members and getting to know them more.
Shoutout to KSI Atomickwon and KSI FithAce 7: for allowing me and other members into their octane game nights. And for putting up with a bunch of hooligans like me.
Shoutout to KSI Sycdan 7: For being there to lend a hand when someone is feeling down, and being there as a friend and a leader trying to keep everything together and making people feel better even when they are going through a rough time.

Hawk I went ahead and posted your workshop stuff into the activity log. Hope you don't mind. It may help out some of the other squads as well as ours
