Reasoning why they deserve this -  This month has not been a a rough start for this man having some personal stuff come up. Then having a tooth infection so bad that they had to pull in out right on the spot, but that didn't stop him to giving his all to his duties.  He is over one of the toughest squads here in WD.  He get online and immediately getting invited to a party and having to deal with something. This goes on all day but he still finds time to get with the other squad he is over.  This was like this for the beginning of the month day in and day out. After a couple days you would think you just would skip a day and not get on line nope not this guy. It made him push harder to get to the bottom of the problem and get it fixed.He has done amazing work this month.

Reasoning why the deserve this - Kami has such dedication to this community he feels there is more that he can give to the community. We would have to have 36 hours in a day for him to do this. He puts 1000% into every area in this community. He gives every member in his squad attention on a daily. He works with every officer to make sure they are being trained correctly. If he finds they are lacking in a area he takes them to the side and helps them learn what it is they need the help with. He is always doing something it being a game not or finding recruits or takin the tie to get to know that new member that has joined his squad and the list can go on. That is some of what he does for his squad in too if that he is in web ops and in Sept ops. His time management is so high that he does all this for the community as still has time for his wife and children. His heart us so big that the needs of the community knows this so try are comfortable talking to him to get stuff off there chest and after being in that party has got re motivation to keep going and his more to the commnity.

Reasoning why they deserve this - This month Relic has really showed what he has. He continually is doing LFGs as well as getting the other officers involved in doing the recruiting. Reasoning why they deserve this - Ronin has been threw a lot this past month with the squad he was in. His mind set is when the tough times are here just keep trucking. With that being said Ronin continued to do his duties as a LT by working with the SSGTs hosting his game nights and recruiting, dealing with issues on a daily. Having so many issues he still kept the positive attitude and games with the members in the division always looking ahead to the brighter side. He host workshops for anyone in the division that needed or wanted them. Any question someone went to him with he would answer and if he didn't known the answer he got it quuckly. Keep up the amazing work!

Reasoning why they deserve this -Talk about a recruiting Pro here we have found one she gets those 5 recruits a week and then some. She is always on the lookout what can she do now to better the squad . She always get with the new members making them feel welcomed get them with the members that have been here for awhile and gaming with them or chit chatting in a party with them. Very eager to meet new members or to bring in new members. She is always wanting to learn.

Reasoning why they deserve this - This member came back to KSI and joined the squad that he knew at one time as home. As soon as he came back he was getting with the members to help the squad find potential officers that the squad was in need if. He would just talk with them and get to know there interest and see if they ever thought of being a officer answering any question that might come up. He did help and found a couple and started them learning  all about a officer duties. As he got really comfortable in the squad he then was asked to leave what he knew as home to go to another squad that was in more need of his wisdom and knowledge to get that squad back in track. With his dedication to WD and KSI he agreed to doing this. He get over to the new squad and get right to work getting to know the members and finding potential officers and is gonna host a Member to SGT game night to get to know them better.

Kami is a walking book of KSI Knowledge.  With his knowledge he has received he shares with anyone who is in need. He never pushed anyone away that wants the knowledge he will sit with the member as much time as they need. Strength, Kami has been a really tough time a couple months back with his squad. That did not stop him in any way he just pushed forward to get up that giant mountain and saw the bright side again. Integrity is his middle name, he is one of the most honest trusting people you you will ever meet.
Kami is all over the p!ace with join mod AAP and a Gen of a squad. He has awesome time management. With everything he does he always has time for anyone who needs him for just a quick question or to a hour discussion.  On top of all that he always get to game nights host game nights and plays with that member who is all alone. He is always there to teach any new join mod or if a join mod has a question He is there to and it..
He is so helpful in all ways he  is needed and then some. He is definitely deserving this award.

Reasoning why they deserve this - King is way to easy to get a hold of Any time someone in WD has a question He is there, he will direct them to the right person so that person can get the education that he did. I have asked him so many question and he has always got me the ans. He has directed me in the right direction to have WD be the best it can be and has been.  He has given me the guidance that I as the Division Leader needed to help do the best that can be done for WD.

Reasoning why they deserve this - Ron has done so much for the division he goes and post the GEN meeting notes every week. He wants to go to the 7s meeting .  He gets with the Gens he is over to help with anything they need. He is always avaible,  just message him on discord, if he is not on  he will be on to handle what ever it is. He has gone and started to take the lead classes so he can learn and be able to reach others his great knowledge.

Reasoning why they deserve this - He is always putting the LFGs up trying to grow his squad and to get new faces in for the members. He is always getting with the members of his squad getting to game and meet each other.  When his GEN had to take a sudden LOA it didn't push him to take a break he stood up to the plate and keeped the squad moving forward and growing.  He is always looking for new officers to help the squad out.

Reasoning why they deserve this - Since day one she joined Abaddon she has not stopped. She has meet so many peop!e in WD not just her squad. Always looking for people to game with and teach them what she knows. Her member retention is outstanding. She is easy to talk to when you feel like leaving just getting in her party and talking you find your why and decide not to leave.

Reasoning why they deserve this - What this man does in a week is what most would do in a monh. He is all over the place with helping the join mods, to check for security with questionable apps to other members going to him for answers to questions that they have.   He is also throwing out ideas to try to better things   With all he does he gets promoted to Senior Forums Mod that itself speaks for the hard work this man does.  Kami definitely puts His heart and sole in What he does.

Testimony:
   Right from the beginning when Kami had come to our division from another one he put himself right to work. Started with getting to know all the members in his squad.  Then from there he worked with the officers with communications and continues with the member retention. With Kami reaching out to every member in the squad they got really comfortable with him so if they needed something they would easily go to him or if they wanted one more for the team they would hit Kami up
  Knowledge this man has it. Anytime anyone from the division has a question you know you can go to Kami to get the ans. He has been in many departments and as he was in these departments he would get the knowledge and now he spread it around which also gets members to want to join the departments. He has taken every workshop there is so he can get even more knowledge, Kami is currently in AAP and a mini forums mod and a court mod. And he is a kick a** General of a squad so has taken a big hit. That did not discourage Kami or set him back he pushed through it got a few new officers and and are kicking butt again. 
  This man gives so much to KSI as a whole and so much more to our division. He is most definitely deserving of this award.

When she came in within the first few weeks she was getting with members and brought in like 5 referrals. She is so eager to learn always wanting to know what workshops where next, when she took all the CEP workshops it still was not good enough so she took them again and every time she gained more knowledge. Then she takes that knowledge and spreads it to any one who is interested in being a officer or even someone who just wants to know. Any time a member has a question they know they can go to Rogue to get a answer if she don't know if she will get that answer for the member.   She has gone to do many party's to get to know the members and so they know who she is. When she was the GEN if Cyanide she had the squad very organized and knew all her members. So if a member was hard to get a hold of that week she knew something was up and would find a way to communicate with that member to make sure they were ok.   She wanted to spread her wings beyond just clan ops so she joined web ops knowing it was another way to give to the community. Since she has been a Co-Founder she has been over five squad and she enjoys it because she knows she can pass that knowledge into more members. When it got rough she keeled her head high and moved forward and keepedseeing a bright future for the squad always being positive. She most definitely deserves thus award

Reasoning why they deserve this - This man has done so much for WD. This was a division that was there that needed some direction and King has come over with his knowledge and spread it into Wd. That was his first step to having this division become something other than just there. He works with anyone in the WD. When one of the squads took a hit and it was frustrating he was there to help guide it in a direction to go forward and not let it get to the officers or members. He has helped set goals for the Division and not just set them but help to achieve them. He has been really easy to work with to help get this division out of stale ness.

Reasoning why they deserve this -Ron has been such a great addition to the 7 staff he is always easy to get a hold of if there is no seven on for the gens. It doesn't matter to him if it is his squad he is over if a GEN comes to him and the other 7 is not in he takes care of the issue with no complaints.  He keeps WD well informed on any information that needs to be passed on. He is the easy going grandpa that people enjoys.

Reasoning why the deserve this - This man is a really busy man but that doesn't not stop him from getting anything done. His squad just took the biggest hit I have seen in WD in the almost three years I have been here. That does not stop him he pushed forward when most people would quit. Having a squad of 50 plus and being one of two officers in the squad he still gets those security checks done and keeps the spirits high for the members. He works with the potential officers gets recruits and does the train and promotes done, and still deals with any issues that come up. He is in the mode team, full time job and a family I don't know how he did it but this man definitely deserves this award.

Reasoning why they deserve this - This guy is the key to recruiting I don't know how he does it but he can go and get recruit after recruit. He has helped with getting his squad to the split they are gonna do in the next month. He is always available for the members. He will stop playing a game to put in another game to game with a member. Security checks  needs to be done he is right on top of it no questions asked.

Reasoning why they deserve this - He came into the squad and from day one he goes and gets to know the members. If any of them had a issue he directed them to the right officer. He goes and get promoted to SSGT and within the first day a member is talking about leaving and he did everything to have this member be happy again and the member stayed. He is there to give the members a excellent experience in KSI and to keep them happy.

Reasoning why they deserve this - Relic has come into Malice to game and experience in a community and from day one he has meet every body and anybody in WD. If someone needs someone to play with Relic is always there  he has cohosted game nights and looking for new members to help the squad. He has been a awesome addition to the squad he will be a great officer in his squad.

This member deserves this award for his dedication he puts into KSI. He is extremely loyal and does so much for the division he calls home. If a GEN or officer in any of the squads need him He is right there to help. He is always blowing up the charts to get any information to the squads that is needed. He is so dedicated to KSI that he didn't feel as though being a Co-Fo was enough so he joined the gaming mod team and out in so much effort into putting the information out about the games he was assigned. He has been a great asset to WD 7s team. He always getting with members who need someone and cheers them up if they need cheering or if they need to just talk he is there for them. It doesn't matter if he is sick he knows something needs to be done he gets on and gets it done if that's not dedication. He is a awesome CoFo.

Reasons: Ron has been working his butt off on getting the squad he is over, a total flip around getting the member involved in more activity within the Division.. Reasons: Rogue has worked hard as she climbed the ranks she was promoted to GEN back in Feb and just keeped working as hard as she could with a full time job. She would get on every night and get with her members and game with them keep the officers motivated to keep things moving forward she got the squad to splitting numbers  She is always there for the members when they need her if she wasn't online they knew to hit her up on discord and she would help them   She is always wanting to get more and more knowledge.

Reasons: This man is such a go getter, he came over from another division and immediately got right to doing his duties jumping in party meeting people keeping that awesome member retention to those security checks.  Always doing game nights he is also a senior join mod. He never sits still He will do a security check on anyone in the division not just his own squad. The members are very comfortable around him and if they need someone to talk to they know he is there to listen.

Reasons: Before even being a officer he was doing member retention and not even knowing he was.  Once he had got to SSGT he just showed what he had in him to offer the squad then when he went to lieutenant he just off on the growth of the squad and still keeping that member retention. Making sure the promotions are being done in a timely manner. He really helped a lot with Cyanides second split of the year.

reasoning: I have meet Venum earlier this year when I joined the PO staff. He was a senior PO staff member then within two weeks we lost the head of the  department  and had no coHead, but that didn’t discourage him as a senior he stepped up and ran the department. He has done a lot of changes in the department to make it better. He has taken a failed program and redone it to make it better and doing everything in his power to make it run successfully.  Not only does he run a department he is also a Divisional leader and giving all his member the time they need and always there to help with questions or take care of a issue that may come up. He had also got inducted into the hall of fame and got CoFo if the month  He definitely has earned this award

Reason why they deserve this award:When he first came into KSI he was all quite just trying to figure everyone out.  He has sat back long enough now he goes from party to party and seeing what everyone is playing and see who else in the community would like to join the game they are playing. He is always asking question and looking for people to meet.

He is constantly in party's with the members and all the members know his party is always open.He has a game night going almost every night. He is the heart and soul of Vanquish.

Reason why they deserve this award:He came over to WD and puts his heart into the squad and division in a daily bases. Just watching him do his thing you would get burned out .  The energy and drive that he has for the division is so high. He can't sit still for two min, he is either gaming with the members, recruiting ,doing security check or you name it he is always on top of it.This is a man who most certainly deserves this award.

Reason why they deserve this award: He is always getting his members with each other if they are UK time he brings them all in a party find out if it is R6 or BO4 game they enjoy playing. If someone is looking for someone who p!ays game that is not there game type he will match them up. Anybody wants to learn member retention he is the guy to go. he is constantly having the officers reaching out to the members who seem to be sliding away. Always making sure the officers are looking for quality new recruits.
