    Reasoning why they deserve this -

    KSI LuGnut is a trooper. Here in this squad things always go weary. We have had tons of officers quit or get demoted or even removed from the squad or division entirety. Regardless of how broken this squad gets LuGnut keeps his head high and aims for the future doing everything he can to regain control on the squad and help out any way possible. From recruiting, training, or promotings members. Training officer potential and keeping members happy he is on top of it all. The guy is a machine that won't quit. The newest technology of the 21st century. He keeps on going never giving up even when we reach our great depressions.

    Reasoning why they deserve this -

    You don't know 7, until you meet Papi. There's never been a man more responsive who has answers to all your questions like this guy. Papi is a mentor to many people Including myself. He is a helpful hand at the ready position. You might think he has no life outside of KSI due to how active he is with his members and squads but don't let the man fool you. He actually has an amazing wife and children. He would be a family man by day KSI hero by night, however, he gives all his free time to KSI day and night. He's a hard working individual with a sense of humor. He doesn't only teach you the right way he teaches you the fun way. The papi way. In all seriousness he is a fantastic mentor and co-founder over all answering many questions and settling many situations.

    Objective: *What are your goals here in KSI? What inspires you? Why are you a part of this community?*  

    -My number 1 goal in KSI is to give the amazing experience that I have gotten to new members. I want other to have that joy and happiness that ksi has given me. My inspiration cones from friends I've made in ksi along with self determination. I joined the community put of curiosity which developed into complete joy and love of the people and events we have.

    -My best skills lie within my heart. I have a strong will to go after what I desire. My desire is to improve KSI to the best of my ability. I'm determined and never give up. I'm a Gen of my own squad and I do everything g for my members. I ensure everyone is happy and still manage to get the needed work done.

    -determined, organized, helpful, understanding, nonbias, supportive, hard working, strong headed, intelligent, outgoing and kind.

    -For me it's not about awards I'm usually to busy to work about those types of things, but I have basic training certification as well as new member certified. I have earned LT & Gen of the month in past times.

    -I'm a current General and have been since may this year. I help LT rank for about 3 months and didn't give up when my squad was lacking officers and I was the only one that didn't quit. I easnt a CPT for too long before them making me Gen. Gen is my highest ever rank and I'm working to earn my 7s.

    Job Duties Performed: *List of things you have done for KSI because of your rank*

    -Hosted many workshops and event for my own squad. Had a 12hr gamenight non stop event for my squad. Holds most all squad meetings. Helped members in times of need or with issues they have had. Helped settle any fights that have occurred in the past. 

    Community Involvement/Volunteer Work: *What have you done that is extracurricular from your duties? Subscribed to the twitch channel? Gift a name change?*

    -On have on many occasions given money to those in need. I gave a name change to a member who was foced to change his name due to have 7s in it. I bought an upcoming officer a game so he could enjoy both squad game types.

    ~No, spirt week slowed us down we are back to action now. We made some progress in both of these though.

    Reason: Papi is an excellent guy. He works his butt off helping out and keeping things in order. Personally he has helped me in many situations such as giving advice on issues that occurred in my squad. He has taught me many things in how to be a great officer and has been a great leader mentor, and knowledge giver to everyone in EO. Papi is never unreachable with issues and is always happy to lend a hand.

    Reason: Papi has need an amazing co-founder to my squad as a whole and I'm sure others he has been over. He is always keeping himself in the loop positively and helping with any issues see fit. He has of advice on situations that we run into and overall works his butt off keeping things level headed.

    Reason: Sinz is a fantastic officer. Originally he was a capital in another squad amd due to the transfer and lack of positions he was forced to be moved to a LT however this didn't stop him from working his butt to get our squad where it needed to be. In his time here especially this past month sinz has single handedly trained all our officer potential amd current 2 SSGTs. He has done everything and more that's asked of him. He puts his sweat & tears into his work. There isn't a soul in my squad I'd rather have as an officer then Sinz.
