    Reason why they deserve this award: If I could nominate two Captains, Swanny would certainly be one of them. Since I can't, he certainly qualifies as an outstanding member. This man's attention to detail and level of care is top notch, and his squad is better off as a result. He really went above and beyond putting in the extra work this month!

    Reason why they deserve this award: As a former officer, and now potential officer since her return, I am impressed with the growth she's shown in just the past couple of years. It's been quite some time since i've witnessed such a GEN ready Captain, and he's certainly showing that he'll take that next step with ease! I could write a novel describing why, but anyone that's had the opportunity to be in a party with him will understand why.

    Reason why they deserve this award: The man plays no games when it comes to getting work done, and doesn't leave anything to the imagination when it comes to wondering what you'll get from him. You know exactly what you're getting, every single time. Some people may see that as abrasive, but if anyone can pull it off and do so as a successful leader, it's Stack. No stone is left unturned, and everything gets handled in a timely manner. He's the cream of the crop!
