He always comes to you when you need it. He can come to you, and actually listen to what you have to say. He is always just a party invite away. It doesn't matter if he is in a party with other 7s, now he might take a few minutes to finish what he is talking about, but he will come to you and see what you needed. It doesn't matter what time of the day it is. I can either send him a kik message, or send him a message on xbox. Nico is helping me fine tune my squad, and has helped not only my squad but also the other Black Ops squad in TW. He balances his time in between the three squads that he has very well. He has helped turned Recoil around to a positive direction. Captain Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI PinkZombie (4Capt/Nemesis) Link to forums account - http://www.ksiforums.org/user/16558-ksi-pinkzombie/ Reasoning why they deserve this - PinkZombie is one of the hardest working Captains I know. Pink has been one of the driving forces behind Nemesis game nights. She is always striving to make the most out of all opportunities whether it is with game nights, or recruiting/training sessions. She has one of the best attitudes that I have seen in a long time. Pink always does what she is asked to do, and she does it to best of her knowledge and ability. LT Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI Inazuma OG (2LT/Nemesis) Link to forums account - http://www.ksiforums.org/user/13333-ksi-inazuma-og/ Reasoning why they deserve this - Inazuma has continued to hit the ground running since being promoted. He is continually finding ways to push the other members to help them make themselves better. He helps bring the new recruits and privates to game nights, and he helps them get acquainted with the members that have been there for a while and the other officers. I can not say enough good things about Inazuma.

TW had a little bit of a hiccup this month, and Heero never wavered one bit. He continued to keep his head up the entire time constantly urging us to keep moving forward. For me personally he has helped me keep a level head during this bumpy period. He has been available to talk to at any time that i need to talk to him. He is committed to TW and more importantly KSI. Not only has he been my Co Founder, but he has been acting General for 2 other squads. He has been wearing several different hats for a while now. He has been able to give his all whenever needed. He has been working side by side with me to help me get my squad heading back in the right direction. He is only concerned with keeping his squads at the top of TW. He has had to make a difficult decision the past week, and only has what's best for TW in every decision he makes. General Gamertag (General-Killjoy/Twisted Warfare) - KSI Hermosa Link to forums account - http://www.ksiforums.org/user/13590-ksi-hermosa/ Reasoning why the deserve this - Hermosa has been integral in turning Killjoy around. When she came into Killjoy the squad was in risk of going completely under, but in the last month since she was promoted to General she has turned Killjoy in a complete 180. She is only concerned about how her squad and members are doing. Killjoy is now in a position to split as soon as the correct officers are in place. I have complete confidence that she will continue to have the utmost respect of her members, and the respect of the other Generals and higher ups for a long time to come. LT Gamertag (3LT-Nemesis/Twisted Warfare) - KSI PinkZombie Link to forums account - http://www.ksiforums.org/user/16558-ksi-pinkzombie/ Reasoning why the deserve this - PinkZombie has only been a LT for a short time, but she has been going full out when she has been asked or when she hasn't been asked. She is constantly looking for new members, and striving to help the members that we already have. She is always looking for ways to learn what she doesn't know. Pink is going to be a great leader in TW very soon, and she has already started that journey.

He is always coming up with new ideas to help keep information flowing from top to bottom. He is always looking out for everyone in our division, and making sure that we are looking out for each other. He is able to keep a situation calm when one is brought to him. He has a lot of knowledge, and is more than willing to share it with anyone who is willing to listen. Payton is always there whenever you need someone to blowoff steam, or if you just want to joke around. He is dedicated to not only KSI, but more importantly to his squad. After his recent squad split he is once again striving to fill his squad with quality members. He is a great General, and will one day make a great Co-Founder. What can I say about Hermosa. Hermosa has shown to be a great choice for Killjoy. She has helped revive the squad from a bad state into a very active squad. She is the most deserving Captain in my opinion. I can not keep this member from recruiting. He is constantly online, and always talking to the other members. He is the most deserving member for this award.

Heero was my General when I joined. He played with everyone even when he had his duties that he needed to do. He also expected the best out of his members and himself. When he was promoted to Co Founder he continued those expectations, and was able to instill that in his squads that he was over. As a Founder and Co Div he implemented new changes that have helped the leaders communicate more efficiently with each other, and communicate with our squads. Heero is what all KSI members should strive to be.
