I've seen this guy go time after time out of his way to help out anyone in the division that needs it working with everyone in his divison and talking to them creating that bond with the division as a whole with making the right decisions that's best for the division during the last month he has been one of the best Co-Division leaders that I could think of and definitely deserves this award for all the time that he puts into this gaming community you go Mystique yay! His always talking to generals and officers within LS and making sure everything is running smooth and the division is improving little by little. His also not just a leader but a very important factor a trusted person and someone you can honestly call a friend. He has given me good first impressions on what the division is about. Plus his also active and playing with everyone and helping them out. He always goes out his way to helping anybody out no matter what the situation is he has been one of the best Co-Founder in TW that I have seen for awhile. Has a Co-Founder he puts in outstanding work for his divisional leadership he has basically been running the division. Where to start with Nico since I have a lot to say about him. Well first off since my Promotion to Co-Founder this guy has been running Overload TW a squad I made and ran it very successfully since day one and I am very proud that I choose this guy to be the 2nd general the squad has ever had ever since the 1week of the creation of Overload TW the squad has been above the 70 member mark with no fluff members what so ever and it still continues even with the squad split that overload has recently had ever since him being in day 1 of KSI he has been putting in non-stop work and helping the squad out as much as he could and even has a general the squad has been doing fantastic and for 6months now overload has been one of the top squads in TW. This definitely could not happen without nico he makes sure there are game nights going around every night, a drama free environment and everyone is being treated equally with respect every time he gets online you always see him in a party with a officer helping them out in any way possible has a general he has all of the officers trust and respect and he isn't just a general his also everyone's best friend he definitely deserves this award I am proud to be his mentor his the best you can ask for. His doing such a outstanding job as being a general that he has about 2-3 lobby's every Sunday for the squad meetings which is very impressive I cant wait to see him become a 7 and seeing how he improves the division. Ever since Adam's promotion to a Captain he has done noting but impress me in every way possible he got promoted whenever overload squad split and he ended up being the only captain in the main squad as a 4th Captain since the 3rd captain went to a different squad to help them out. He does all of his captain duties and is the right hand man of the general a very trusted guy and a lovable member he helps out every individual possible to the best of his abilities he has also mentored some of the outstanding officers that we have in overload currently. His also the Headhunters captain of the Grifball team and has done a aspectual job on it. His not much of a recruiter but an awesome trainer mentor and officer and he truly needs to get noticed for that. His also a very well respected leader and knows his stuff up and down whenever the point comes I can truly say that he would be a outstanding general since he knows his stuff. LT Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI Toxicrain Killjoy TW 3LT Link to forums account -http://www.ksiforums.org/user/13837-ksi-toxicrainx/ Reasoning why the deserve this - Toxicrain has been a LT for a while now and I can definitely say she's a very big factor in Killjoy she is a main contributor on the rebuilding and maintaining of Killjoy I honestly can say am not surprised she's not a captain yet. Toxicrain is one of the members that would do anything for her squad shes an excellent recruiter and a very well respected person in killjoy she's always in a gamenight or hosting one and brings recruits in daily I cant wait to see the day to see her as a general and look at how awesome her squad is going to do. I can fairly say that ever since the squad split she has decided day and night to bringing up the member mark back to what Overload state of squad she is an all time BIG recruiter and she just does not recruit someone and bam your in she dedicates a lot of time to souly just hanging out with her recruits and teaching them and mentoring them for the future tons of people that she has brought into KSI already have there gamer tag changed to represent KSI and are ready and wanting to become a officer she's a big part in overload I can definitely say that she's in the group of one of the best members that got recruited into overload I see a lot of big things in her future and she definitely wants to achieve most of them also a big part to why I think she deserves member of the month award is because TW requirement age is currently 17 and up and any member that she finds who is interested in joining she sends them over to a different division who acceptes 15 and 16 year olds like DM and thus far helped out a certain squad in DM referring about 10 members. She's also very social and goes to everyone's game night from any division she adds anyone she's see's. She's a very valuable member I can go on and talk for paragraphs about how much has she done

Currently Cole isn't in a division and I don't know if my vouch counts for him but I can honestly say that he has well recruited over 120 members in KSI in his life time definitely.

Don't know if this helps but might as well give it a try. When I first got recruited into KSI, KSI Domo was one of the first officers I knew and I was a recruit at the time. Even before that time my first time joining KSI a while back I seen Domo with a KSI Tag Prefix.

When I first joined KSI this member was a director I never really known him but I seen him around and heard of him as a Senior Director he has put in so much work his even shaved his head bald for this community during spirit week. I can definitely witness to Airborne OS Lvl3 award. When I first started in KSI airborne was one of the first members I've met. Even though I'm not in his division I can truly say that any issues or problems I've had I came to airborne about if it was a AAP question or Clan-Ops question Airbrone was always online and willing to answer any questions I had. Watching the division his under grow to one of the largest LSI divisions at this point of time and one of the most active AAP staff he has done a extraordinary job. Helping other KSI members out that are not even in his divisions and being a true friend to every member within his division. Airbrone is one of a kind and I know for a fact everyone can agree

Knowing Wolves for quite a while and working with him as he is part of the News Team. Wolves never gives up in anything he does if it's for his division or in the department his currently in. From what I have seen and heard Wolves is one of the most valuable officers within the division of LS. He has been all over the officer ranks since he was under age and has had some real life events he had to deal with. I would definitely say that wolves deserves the OS lvl1 award for all of his hard work put in within his division of LS

Predator has put in a big amount of effort into this community has a Ex-Co Division leader of AV and has a current Co-Founder in DR getting online every day to see him playing with all of his members of squads he is over. Helping out all of his Generals has much as possible. His even the Team Elite Co-Captain for the 7s team and part of Inteenal Affairs Staff. Not just in Clan-Ops as a Co-Founder did he put in Outstanding Work. But Aswell has Web-Ops has a Head of Tournys & Events and being a no life on the forums. Has part of T&E and a T&E member ever since the Ex-Head was around Predator has completly turned the program around in a positive way and has personally helped the new Staff into becoming great members in T&E. This member definitely deserves this award for being a extraordinary leader and one of the youngest 7s/Department Head in KSI
