KSI Rushauer 0 Posted November 6, 2012 Report Share Posted November 6, 2012 Dear Fellow Infected Members, Other squads have their place to post HH news and information. This will be ours. Many of you do not know or some may not remember, but Infected in the past had a very strong HeadHunter team ran by our very own Last Kings. Its time to bring the glory back to the former Infected name. There have been up and downs, but now I would like to just keeping going up. Infected's HeadHunter team will be run by myself, KSI SSDD89 and KSI MEST84. If you are interested in joining HH then please let one, preferably all of us know and show up to the next scheduled meeting. Infected's HH is going to be slightly different from other squads and the first difference is there is no set "try-out" period. If you are interested and just joined KSI, or an existing member and finally life cleared up and allows you to be more active then we will do our best make out a squad and get you in there. Next order of business is what does it take to join the team. I don't care if you have the best K/D ratio or if you are dead last. Many of the games we play against other squads are objective based and therefore just because you kill doesn't mean you won. (It helps, but team work is more important to me and the Infected HH) With that being said, what am I looking for? I will be looking for communication, I will be looking at team play. The games we will be playing against other squads will be "team" games not Free-for-all. So, for those interested please come into HH knowing this is what is important, killing is part two. In practices we will experiment with different types and games (Some of which will be killing based, for fun ) to build skills necessary to beat squads under different conditions. Sportsmanship will be the next issue I would like to address. As an Infected member of HH, you will be expected to have not merely good sportsmanship, but excellent. There will be times when we get into a tough game, its going to happen. After the match no matter how the score comes out there should be nothing more than good game. Slight braging, between friends is of course great and expected (as HH matches are normally braging right competitions), however, keep it professional and don't pout if we lose and make lame excuses or overly annoying should we win. HH is about team work and having fun, though I do expect to win too. (Not in it to win, just shouldn't play :-)) Last thing and then I will get off my soap box. In a few HH past we have had issues with Rage Quitting and people not showing up. I am addressing this now. If you Rage Quit consistently, you will be removed from head hunters and not invited to return until you can prove that this personal issue has been resolved. The team does not need someone that is a fair weather sport. We want a team that is going to work together through the good times and bad. Bad matches show what we need to improve and show if we are able to adjust, leaving does not help the situation. Attendance, hh needs to be a team of people that work regularly with eachother, people that they can count on and know what to expect. If you plan on being a member of Infected's headhunter team you will be expected to show up for practices and matches. (If there is a reason you cannot make it to something please let the leaders know, LIFE does come before KSI and this includes headhunters, but for headhunters again we are a team and as a team depend on eachother) Consistently missing practice or games without notice to one of the leaders will be grounds for removal from headhunters until availability and reliability can be established. Communication is important and not just on the battlefield. OK, now that my preaching is done. I would like to invite all Infected members to come out for Headhunters, lets have fun and kick some ET butt. We will have multiple teams depending on how many interested persons we get. HH practice will take place on MW3 at least until the time all/most of our squad has BO2. If you are going to have trouble making this time or need to arrive late due to work/school/other conflicts please let me, mest or ssdd know. Mest, SSDD just so you know, you may have to run this practice as I am having issues with the internet at my apartment and cannot connect. Supposed to have someone out Thursday morningish to hoppefully have it fixed, but just incase they do not get it up and running letting you know you might have to host it.
