xAlphaKat 7 24 Posted February 27, 2013 Report Share Posted February 27, 2013 Starting 2/22/13 Any and all officers who are demoted must go thru the training program either to maintain rank or regain your past rank. This applies for all COD squads and correct me if im wrong the halo side as well unless Pr3dator says otherwise. This will not be the case for the Halo side of things. Instead of demoting officers for incompetence, I will personally work with them so they may maintain their rank within AV, as well as become the leader they are supposed to be. The only reason any officer should be demoted is for personal reasons or inactivity. However if I try and help an officer and try to train them, and they still don't work out, they will be demoted without the option of earning their rank back. I have a question, I am trying to get Axios AV more active, but no matter what I do the same people show up. I have tried game nights (Custom and matchmaking) and now I am doing a tournament. I just need some new suggestions on how to get the others more active. There are about 10 that are very active, but the others never respond or don't show up. Please PM for helpful advise.
