☠DO NOT SPAM THIS SECTION☠

This is as the topic says. 90% of the formula is copied from KSI FreakinPope and KSI Dusky's Head Hunter 'formula.' In this topic I will keep updated all the team's Headhunters.

Standard Operating Procedure for staying on the same HeadHunter team, despite being transferred to a different squad.

HeadHunters can stay on the same HeadHunter team despite transfers, unless said person decides not to. The HeadHunter can stay on the team unless someone from that old squad ‘kiks’ them out of their spot. One is still required to attend the HeadHunter try outs for the team said person is on to defend said spot. Once one looses his spot, he may not re-try out for a HeadHunter team in squads said person is not in. Staying in the same team in the first place is completely optional.

There will be a headhunter team of 4 to 8 players per squad. There will also be a 4 to 6 man team that represents the best of the entire division. All squad headhunter programs are required to have one of the following members (to be referred to as Guardians) at their headhunter tryouts to assess and recommend:

KSI Jaygo 7

KSI Uk 7

KSI Smokey

(more to come)

Whomever organizes the Headhunter tryouts is a decision to be made by the General, and can be either a member in the squad or one of the Guardians. That person is NOT however the squad's Headhunter team captain. That decision is to be made by one of the observing Guardians at the end of the tryouts.

These are the guidelines for what will be expected at a tryout:

- 5 Games

- Random map for each game

- Game types are played in this order: S&D, S&D, Domination, Domination, CTF

- Teams are auto-assign on all games

- During the 3rd game, NOBODY is allowed to talk - NO COMMUNICATION WHATSOEVER

- Rules for each gametype can be found HERE (klik it) (when an option is Challenge Option automatically make it "DISABLED")

- When it comes to the two domination games, please make the time limit only 5 minutes so that the tryouts arent TOO long

- Any trash-talking or name-calling will result in immediate denial from any Headhunters Team

This is how the try-outs run:

- Play the first game

- Play the second game

- During the second game, Guardians will be spawned on each team and choose a different Captain for each team, FOR EVERY ROUND. This is to ensure that everybody gets a chance to make decisions. Other players are expected to obey the Captains orders

- Play third game (be sure to explain the "No Communication" rule - it will be enforced lightly, but if somebody is blatantly disobeying the rule, they will be kicked)

- Play fourth game

- After the first four games, two potential Team Captain choices will be made the leaders of 2 random teams for the CTF game. The win or loss of that team does not decide which Captain becomes the real Headhunter Team Captain, that choice is up to the Guardians for any reason they decide.

- Play fifth game

- After each game, the 2 or more Guardians present will go into Party Chat for a short while to discuss their observations. Afterwards, suggestions and notes will be stated to the members trying out and the next game will commence

- At the end of the tryout Guardians will choose the official Squad Headhunter Team Captain

- Guardians then go into party chat with the Team Captain and discuss the 3-7 players that deserve the rank of Headhunter

TIPS FOR GUARDIANS

+ Listen to gamechat by spawning at least once on each team and not participating.

+ Spectate individual skill in the game.

+ Spectate team playing skill in the game.

+ During the game make notes on all 3 topics for each player to read-off when the first game is over.

+ During the second game, watch to see who picks up on those notes.

+ When searching for Captain, look for a good balance of the first 3 things you need to look for.
