FE Recruit Policy and Procedure

[Jaygo 14]

EVERYONE IN THE SQUAD MUST KNOW THE NAME OF THE RECRUIT TAG - KSI FE RCT . There will be ABSOLUTELY NO poaching recruits from instructors to their squad. The recruit will go to the squad they were assigned when they were originally recruited.

For basic recruitment all that must be done.

#1 Person must be AT LEAST 14

#2 Have them put in their motto KSI [sQUAD] FE RCT

#3 Have them add KSI FE RCT

#4 Send a mesage to your General with the EXACT spelling to get credit for your recruit

A trainer will tend to them within 48hrs

Basics that MUST be covered in training:

Entire Code of Conduct must be read to the recruit.

Explain proper recruiting methods for KSI. (refer to the above)

KSI forum usages and guidelines

Explain how the division as a whole works (transfers, meetings, etc.)

Go over entire rank structure, recruit must understand up to Division Leader.

When evaluation is completed, recruit puts name of instructor name and date class was completed in their bio.

Send the recruit to their appropriate squad with their motto having changed from REC to PVT

If the recruit changes their name to KSI, they are a Sergeant (but they MUST complete recruit training period)
