Pr0jectCrash 1 Posted July 31, 2013 Author Report Share Posted July 31, 2013 Well Ive been reading up on Terms, Conduct, Ranking Structure, and overviewing the Handbook... so I think ive got most of my newbie questions pretty much figured out. However any advice from higher ranks regarding tips from personal experience and knowledge I always deem insightful and beneficial to help me advance in KSI as well as helping induct new members I would also like to throw out a personal Thank you to both, "KSI Mechanic & KSI Scarecrow", for acting as good leaders, Noticing and Answering my Questions Immediately Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

As for advice: Show up for everything you can; game nights, recruitment parties, workshops, etc. Tryout for teams, we have a SWAT Team and a Headhunters Team. Voice opinions and intentions (if you want to move up in the ranks or start a team, etc. let us know). Attend weekly meetings at 8:30 PM Sunday nights. Thing like that are good ways to get noticed if your looking to move up in the ranks, and is also one of the reasons why Scarecr0w got noticed. I will be hosting a Sgt workshop tonight at 7 if you are interested in coming, and this will hopefully answer any remaining questions that you might have. He has mentioned that he has the graveyard schedule at his job. I believe he goes into work at 5:30 Eastern Time on weekdays.
