Guest Posted November 12, 2011 Report Share Posted November 12, 2011 Division Meeting November 11, 2011 Attendance: KSI Megatr0n 7 (Division Leader) KSI Hagi (Co-Founder) (Note Taker) KSI Jo3yMaFiA (Founder) KSI MOHIII (Gen of Berserker) xJ0N4H (KSI xNavy 7) (Gen of Rec0n) KSI Storm (late) (1st Captain of Rec0n) KSI xREBEL 7 (late) (Co-Founder) Recruiting: Once or twice a week Higher-ups will get with a Gen and a few recruits and Go in small groups and teach them to recruit. Squad Activity: Get the lower ranked members playing with others in the squad. Have them set up game nights and what not. Play with the lower ranked members; they love it, so make them happy! When you send mass messages make sure you send a message to KSI MegaTr0n, KSI Jo3yMaFiA, and your respected co-founders. Squad schedules are going good just working on structuring on it more. Access Denied: Check it every day, but once a week Min. FTLA: Members that are going to be promoted to the rank of Major or higher is required to go on the forums and sign up for a FTLA Class. All current members ranked above Major and up sign up for a class ASAP! If you do not do this then you better leave the division. Tournaments: Tournaments will start next weekend starting with Reb0rn. It’s going to be a free-for-all (except Gears will probably be Wingman.) 800 Microsoft points MUST go towards a KSI gamertag. Welcome Back: Old SF members will be returning to help the division so welcome them back with a professional attitude if you see them. Forums: Member of the month The best person in the division will be recognized in a special thread on the forums. This will help the members feel better about them self’s and help promote forum and squad activity. Division meeting notes will now be posted on the forums.
