Trust - Just Because you have known some one for a long time in KSI doesn't mean He/she is trust worthy, you don't know what they are like in person and if they are some kind of cyber predator. Don't be giving your info out about your Microsoft account and don't License Transfer with some one to get a game for free. Not only is that breaking Code of Conduct but can be dangerous. you don't want to get a credit card bill saying that you bought every game on xbox live because your "friend" used you credit card after you License Transferred Forums - Leadership Classes Sign Ups will be up on the forums Next week, so if your looking to rank up and be an officer in KSI I Highly Recommend Signing up for them! Recruiting - Now that this Squad split has finally happened our first goal as a squad is to recruit and get our members up to 50 so we can start teams up! We (Eclipse) can contribute by our own squad recruiting FOP poaching: KSI shadowfey, KSI frenchfries, grim sk8r and others were poaching. If contacted by them block communications, and contact the leadership of our squad. 50 members: We are almost at 50 members in eclipse. Once we get to 50 members we can start up teams. Like Grifball, SWAT, and Headhunters. We have decided on the SWAT captain and Grifball captain, we are still looking for our Head hunters captain. We need Sergeants: It is not enforced that you change your name to reflect KSI, but we are in dire need of officers. You must become a sergeant to do so, and to become a sergeant you must change your name. Again it is not enforced and no one will look down on you. Officers need to be more active: I myself am a victim of this. We need our officers to be active KSI coolerman has chosen us as his officers. We need to respect that and be leaders. Teams- Teams should be starting by next week so be sure to message KSI coolerman if you want to try to run a team! Recruiting- Lets keep recruiting and grow way past 50 members and maybe even to a split some day! Officers- I have added a new officer to our staff and I want to see our current officers more active than they are now. Samadabergerat 4 Posted September 9, 2013 Report Share Posted September 9, 2013 Meeting notes - 9/8/13: - Teams - We are starting teams up tommorow - Tell teams and what days and times they are - Who is running the teams - If anyone wants to run another team - Respect - We need to give more respect to each other - be careful of what you say and how you say it, it can be seen as offencive to some people if you say somthing sarcstic or try to make a joke about them - everyone desirves respect not just your higher ups - and vice versa, higher ups need to respect your other members - First impressions are key, the way some one sees you at first can change if they will want to be freinds with you on the future - Activity - Activity is well but could be better - Invite other ksi people to play with you - make new freinds - join teams or join/host gamenights - if you host a gamenight let me or an officer know se we can send out a msg and get more people in it - AAP of the month - please get on the forums and vote for the "of the months" - if you dont have a fourums acount then you should make one and meet new people on there and be active - you have to be active on forums if you want go higher in rank - Ranks - ranks in ksi have little to do with activity - though you have to be active you also have to be a leader - ranks are determind by how much of leader and how much of a roalmodel you are to other members - Recruiting - When recruiting make shure they are 15 years of age - no more 14 years and mature people - and you MUST have them send a freind request to the squad tag or reruit tag - YOUTUBE - the productions team on the forums are looking for clips for for montages - go online and do somthing epic and make a clip of it and put it on your file share and let the productions team know! We are at 50 members half way to a squad split. Also our quota is 5 members a week. We should be getting way more than that. So go recruit. Activity: A lot of us a really inactive. How can we run an inactive squad? Nobody has been showing up to team tryouts. No one has been hosting game night. We haven't been doing that at all. It needs to stop. We need more game nights those are fun. Weekend Warfare: There is a new weekend warfare website. Weekend warfare is a friendly competitive event. It's a great way to meet people in KSI and have fun with your friends. Just don't accept a 1v1 challenge from Todoh. So sign up on the Weekend Warfare website Production Team: if you have awesome clips and a capture card send your clips over at the production team. They will make it into an awesome montage. Also go check out the montages on YouTube at http://m.youtube.com/user/TheKSIProductions As soon as people start coming to teams we will have team chats on the forums KSI Doctor 7 will be hosting a recruiting and a forums workshop. We are under 50 members. We need more so that we can legitimate have teams. Inactivity: Lots of members have been really inactive lately. That needs to change. We need to be more active so we can recruit more. Also we are a community be active in it and you can meet all kinds of cool people. Game nights: We need to have more game nights. It's the most fun thing we do in KSI and Eclipse has had 3-5 game nights since we started. That's unacceptable. Weekend Warfare: Again the weekend warfare website has been started. So sign up with at team or as a single player and challenge people in KSI. 47: We were at 50 members and now we have lost three. RECRUIT!!!!!!!!!!!! We need to be active on Halo: We are a Halo squad so be decently active on Halo. Activity on the forums: I encourage everyone one to be active on the forums.
