Let me just tell you, the job is not that hard, and it is very rewarding as you will be working with members applying for awards. Now, you're probably wondering what you are going to be doing for the AAP. Well, let me elaborate. -Posting and updating in nominations that come up. -Voting on nominations. -Maintaining activity within the AAP area, and the staff area -Voting in the OTMs/OTYs -Spreading around information about new awards and other events -Dealing with issues regarding complaints 1. Posting and updating in nominations. To ensure that people know what to expect in terms of witnesses and the amount that they need, you are required to post on the nomination threads that come up. You will be posting something along the lines of "Witnesses, please", when it comes to the usual award. Of course, some of these require a special kind of witness, or a gratuitous amount of witnesses. These will be replied to as such. For example; Award: Trainer. Staff Statement: Please provide a Co-Founder or higher ranked witness. Award: Committed Staff Statement: Please provide a witness who was there when you changed your gamertag. Things along those lines will work for the initial post. You also need to be updating the thread when new witnesses come in. Such as Member Assistance, you would post in there after two credible witnesses came in, and say "Member Assistance: 2/3", or something similar to that. Other things such as Outstanding Service require several descriptive witnesses, so keep that in mind when looking at someone for OS, as well as ask yourselves these questions for the awards. OS Lv. 1: -Has the member gone above and beyond the duties of their rank? -What has the member done to show they deserve this award? -Has divisional leadership witnessed for this? OS Lv. 2: -Has the member been in KSI for at least 6 months? -Is the member the rank of General or higher, or ever attained that rank? -Has the member outperformed all duty expectations? -Should others aspire to be like this member? -Has divisional leadership and the director witnessed? OS Lv. 3: -Has the member been in KSI for at least 9 months? -Is the member currently the rank of Founder or higher, or has ever attained that rank? -Have they shown success in what they have done in KSI? -Do other members aspire to be/lead like this member? -Has divisional leadership, Directors, and a Senior posted in here?
