There's nothing different truthfully that is passed to Sgts than to the entire squad except for some specific duties one my hold or potential promotions etc. Be default, it is up to the General to ensure training occurs for all the ranks within a squad. However, to ensure there's an understanding and this is streamlined across the board, I've already created a thread here in the section called "Forced Induction S.O.P". Yes it's protected for a reason. It houses a training program for officers and Sgts along with discussions, Q&A activities etc. Completely scripted so everyone gets the same training regardless of who teaches it. But first I'll be training the 7s on how to deliver this. Then we'll train the Gens, so on and so forth. I'm not going to lie, it's a bit lengthy but it's basic training every Sgt and above should have. Everything else should be refreshers. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options... You shoukd all have the pw by now but if not ask a 7 for accessing it. Invite a 7 to each training session until I say otherwisenols.
