This topic is to make sure that all squads are on the same page.

Officers it is your job to know your members conditions and feelings in your squad.

Among those conditions is their where about.

If a member is to be absent for 5 days and over it is important that you are being made aware of it. Whether it is by one of your subordinate or one of your superior officer.

It is your job to assist your general by easing the weight on her/his shoulder. If a member is to be absent for 5 days + you must know it, and post it on this thread following the form to come below.

Make sure you specify the squad, the rank and gamertag of the member that needs to be absent for 5 days and over, as shown above.

When it comes to the reason for their absence, make sure you respect people lives and privacy. As in all things in life there are consquences to be absent for too long, but we can't hold a person responsible for matter such as a illness and legal issues. Also we can't put a person through more stress by notifying everyone of their personnal situation, so try to find the appropriate words to explain the reason of their absence, so we remember why, without disclosing personnal or sensible information in the eyes of the concerned member. You are officers and leaders to be act like it.

And finally make sure to add the date of their leaving (estimated or accurate) and the date or their return (estimated or accurate) as well.

 

 

The goal is to keep track of our members and promote the same information when asked about one of them by our subordinates our superior officers (including leaders and founders)

This database is to be accesible to all, To Read.

It is the duty of a captain to know about his squad status at all time, but it is possible to forget about a message we received or a discussion we had with someone. So we are to put information relative to a leave of absence on this topic, as soon as you know about it.
