Elite Team Tryouts [HOPE]

Hello Ground Zero

I am a 4LT from Hope, GZ and I will be assembling a team of Halo 4 players. The intent in mind is that this team will conduct standalone combat operations against other KSI pro slayer teams and objective types online.

I will be hand picking the members of this unit.

Here is how I will be evaluating your registration and tryout.

1. For each 4 members interested

1.1. A custom game tryout on Haven will take place posted by the team leader.

1.2. The team leader will end the game when he feels he has enough data to put an interested cantidate in the list of recommended players.

1.3. All game data is recorded.

1.4. By the end of the evaluation term, it is expected that no member drops below a K/D of -5.

1.5. This evaluation term is also to provide insight on how well a member works with others and uses teamwork to strive for the same objective.

2. A collection of recommended players will attend a team meeting.

2.1. A large scale Custom Games op will follow.

2.2. As the game ends, all potential members will add in their comments and self review how well they did as a team.

2.3. The team leader will nominate the players that have been selected for a team position.
