Generals only!!! ***please send out 3 messages a week on squad tag MINIMUM! Start asking your members if they're getting Advanced Warfare, for those who say yes, change their description on the g14 to say so. Continue to remove the fluff in your squads.***

The recruiting tournament came to an end this last Sunday, so KSI Nick 7 will be having more events and prizes in November.

Please keep Black Ops 2 emblems PG appropriate.

We're a positive gaming community, so let's represent our selves that way. Try to limit your profanity and in public lobbies. We're know for our good sportsmanship. Finish the game with "good game" and show your KSI pride.

KSI Evil 7 will be holding game nights for Leonidas and anyone is welcome to come.

KSI Lily 7, KSI Country 7, and KSI Evil 7 will be checking the forums making sure officers are posting at least once a week. If the generals could help us out on checking this, that would be great appreciated.

Harrassment is a zero tolerance policy and will not be tolerated. Learn when the joke has gone too far and stop when you are asked to.

If you're going to be offline for more than a couple days, please fill out an LOA on the forums and tell your general!

Always remember to train your replacement

If you have a problem, don't hesitate to tell us! We can't fix problems that we don't know about

NOTES FROM UPPER LEADERSHIP:

· Make sure to remove fluff

· Weekend Warfare this week is at 8pm EST MCC on Xbox One and also a hardcore kill confirmed 4v4 on Advanced Warfare. Sign up at http://www.ksiweekendwarfare.org

· Division transfers need to be done correctly!

· Sevens need to be active on their silver accounts

· New merchandise in store, so go check that out at http://ksiglobal.spreadshirt.org

· Make sure clan wars teams are up

LW NOTES:

· Generals should continue to defluff squad as necessary

· When training someone, don’t slack off on it. Make sure to ask if they fully understand what you told them and help them learn the proper way. Recruits should be done properly. Evil will not track you down if one of your recruits is incorrect. Look for your mistakes, and fix them.

· In order for our division to succeed, we will have to work together as a team. NO more petty problems. Those kinds of things destroy squads and divisions.

· You generals should be helping each other. If you notice something wrong with someone else’s squad, point it out to them, but don’t be rude about it. We’re all here to help each other grow and learn to become the greatest leaders that we can.

· Don’t recruit anyone with a pulse. Actually take time and get to know them. We want our members to enjoy being around new recruits, so if they’re rude and butt faces, don’t waste your time recruiting them.

· We have to stop being lazy and taking short cuts! If it’s worth doing, it’s worth doing right. Take time and pride in who you train and mentor. Don’t slack!

· Gens, remember to send out a minimum of 3 messages a week on the squad tag: one for sergeant workshop, one for squad meeting, and one about weekend warfare. Preferably we would like to see one positive or motivational message a week as well.

· Forums activity! Please stay active, but don’t spam!

· We won’t ever grow if we don’t stay positive!

· Be aware of people on your friend’s lists. Do regular security checks on everyone you’re friends with.

· Generals, please do a monthly in depth squad wide security check! Contact your Cofo if you want help. That’s what we’re here for!

· Game nights! If you’re having a game night, make sure to message us sevens! We want to come and meet your members and game with you guys!

· We need to get LW out there! Start getting involved in weekend warfare and game nights. Get more involved!

· Officers should be able to handle small issues, but bigger things need to be brought to generals and even sevens.

HERCULES NOTES:

· When recruiting someone, or trying to recruit, if you feel like the person isn’t going to work well with our squad then don’t recruit. Just because they want to be recruited doesn’t mean that you have to recruit them.

· If you’re having problems with another member in our squad then let’s work it out. Bring that person into a private party and bring a witness in and work it out. Once you leave the party you should have your problem worked out.

· Forums activity is lacking in our squad. It doesn’t take long to make an account and to post in there a couple times a week. If you are having problems making and account or signing in, then let an officer know so we can help you out! www.ksiforums.org is the website.

· Our numbers are in the low 50’s so let’s get out there and get recruiting. We will not be able to promote up any more officers till we get our numbers into the 70’s, so that is some motivation for those of you interested in moving up!

· When in a party with other KSI members please be respectful, what you think is appropriate and what others think is appropriate could be totally different. If someone says you’re offending them, just stop. Don’t argue with them, just be nice and respect them.

· Game nights can be hosted by anyone and they are fun! If you are interested in hosting a game night please let an officer know, we will help you spread the word so that your game night is a success!

· If interested in joining headhunters, please contact KSI Thee Giant, we are trying to get a team going. It will be 8 members. We will have more information once we get a good group of people who are interested. If you want to have some competitive fun, this is your opportunity. Spread the word!

· Please use the chain of command (ranking system) for any questions or concerns, don’t just go to the top. We can solve most problems in the squad for you if you just ask!

· Check out weekend warfare and 7’s vs. the viewers for opportunities to meet new members and battle your 7’s. It is tons of fun.

Upper Leadership Notes

· G14 has been updated. The blacklisted clan/community list is now down to 2. This doesn’t mean that previously blacklisted clans or communities should be allowed on friends list, they just haven’t caused any problems as or recently and that is why they have been removed from the list. Leaders should explain which communities are not officially blacklisted but should still not be on lists, remember they were blacklisted for a reason.

In addition to the cleanup of the blacklisted clan’s area, a new threat level has been added in the blacklisted member’s area. The new level is for members Security Risked by the Senior Directors only, these members are a Community Wide Security Risk. The new levels are as follows;

Lvl 1- DnH (Do Not Hire)

Lvl 2- Blacklisted

Lvl 3- Security Ricked

· Boosting

From KSI Queen Jess 7:

"Ladies and Gentlemen,

This is why I do not allow people to join my session in progress and strongly suggest you all don't. I do not ever want to be put in the same category as these guys..."

KSI does not and has not ever allowed boosting. This is really important that as a community we do not allow this kind of thing to happen not just because we could end up in a video like the above but because it is cheating. Our Code of Conduct does not allow us to manipulate or modify gameplay and boosting falls into that category.

· Give Officers responsibilities in their squads

Captains:

Run team in the squad, they do not have to be the team Captain but could help organize team activities such as practices and squad matches or scrimmages.

Captains should have every PVT, CLP and up on their friends lists.

Does everyone know why?

Lieutenants:

Organize Daily activities in the squad whether it be in a party, game night or matchmaking. The important thing is to pull members from the squad together, making sure everyone feels welcomed and involved.

Lieutenants should have every SGT and up on their friend’s lists.

Does everyone know why?

New Co-Founders/ Founders:

When connecting with a new squad(s), He or She should re-train the officer staff(s) (Not talking about workshops) by asking basic questions. Make sure they are doing things the way Divisions/ KSI does things.

Example; How do they recruit? How is the recruit training? Mix in some basic questions and quiz them without it being a quiz (if that makes sense)

• Weekend Warfare:

Saturday Dec 13th, 4pm-8pm est. Winter Themed Minecraft build off. Teams of 4 need to sign up at www.KSIWeekendWarfare.org

If you have any questions please message KSI HAVOC 7 or any of the T&E Staff members.

• Be sure you are all getting your nominations in for AAP of the Year awards. We cannot stress how important it is to get everyone involved in this. Every year we have an awards ceremony where we announce the OTY's and it really is a special thing. Show your members how much you appreciate them and all the hard work they have done to make this community an amazing place. GET THE WORD OUT THERE PEOPLE!! Be sure to be as descriptive as you can when you make your nominations.

LW Notes:

-Nicks going to be hosting game night from 10 am EST to 2pm eastern tomorrow

-There’s going to be a new topic for LW squads on the forums for squad battles/HH team battles and all the rules will be posted in that topic as well, nick is also getting a capture card so some of them will be live streamed. There will be prizes involved.

-If a member comes over from another division with an issue you need to let them know they need to go to their officer staff or 7’s staff. Don’t give them the option to transfer of here because that can be considered poaching.

-PLEASE KEEP BO2 AND COD AW EMBLEMS PG. We are not here to tell you how to run your life but we are a positive gaming community and would like to stay Simi professional

-The LW 7’s are going to do are best to attend squad meetings, workshops.

-Be careful what you say around people and the jokes you say. You never know if it gonna hurt someone’s feelings or not.

-Ideas to make LW better:

-start a mentoring program. Assigning like a sgt to a cpl or pvt and teaching them things they have learned about KSI or an officer with a sgt to prepare them for an officer’s position.

HERCULES NOTES:

*We are really serious about getting a head hunters team going! Please contact KSI Pulga and KSI Thee Giant with any interests, or concerns. The sooner we get enough people, who are interested, the sooner we can get the ball rolling! Officers please help spread the word on this!

*Get out there and get recruiting! Our squad is at a standstill, NO NEW PROMOTIONS until we reach 70 members, those of you interested in moving up, this is your incentive. Also, PVT’s and CPL’s, you guys can refer members to your officers. If you find someone interested don’t let them get away, help get them in contact with someone who can help them out!

*Our forums activity is still low. Please let us know if you need help signing up, also, officers should be promoting the site as well!

*Push out KSI’s Social Media Sites as well, twitter, Instagram, Facebook… Get the word out there, get people interested.

*Officers, please check the squad tag as often as you can, our newer members will be fluffed if they are not moved off of the RCT tag. Also, when recruiting please let your recruits know SOMEONE will be inviting them into a party to take them off the RCT tag, let them know who our officers are, so that we are not ignored.
