This guy deserves this. He is a very funny guy. But also a very helpful man, he is always around helping out his squad by hosting gamenights, encouraging members to recruit, and by leader by example. He has worked really hard and just recently earned his general position. Reasoning why they deserve this – Waka is one of those members that if you could clone him and put him into every squad and great things would happen. He is consistently gaming with not just his squad but also the entire division. He plays a very instrumental within his squad and is always looking for ways to improve upon his squad as a whole. He has his hands in so many aspects of the KSI realm yet he balances them so well, well enough to excel at being a Co-Founder whilst handling all the other things he does in the KSI world. I know that this is to eval his performance on a Co-Founder level, However, I think it speaks volumes to his abilities as a Co-Founder and a Leader in general for him to be able to successfully do so much. He is also an amazing Co-Founder because of his amazing ability to problem solve and defuse and situation quickly, accurately, and correctly Sometimes when I myself am about to break even if its from real life or KSI related issues Pred has always had my back and knows what to do in each and every situation. He has extensive knowledge in almost every field of KSI. You can always come to him with any question and he will most likely know the answer and if not, He knows who you need to go to. He knows how to problem solve and manage. He has fulfilled the Duties of a LT to the fullest and then went well beyond. That is why he deserves this. He is the type of LT that has his Squad at heart. And loves them to the fullest. It shows in his activity, in his speech, and his willingness and eagerness to help his fellow Squad mates no matter what the problem may be. He's beyond earned this. Even though he has only been a general for a few short months his squad is doing well, and I believe he deserves some recognition for keeping it together when most would have thrown in the towel feeling like all hope was lost. Most captains would not have the perseverance to stick it out as long as Bill. Granted he does have his moments where I want to smack him upside the head like junior, he does know what he's doing as a captain and he has the potential to become a fine General. Hes had some rough patches like a father that won't let him get on certain days, balancing college and ksi and college is never easy, and the time difference that comes with living on the other side of the planet are some of the challenges that Bill has over come. I hope to see him rise past the rank of captain for a well deserved spot as a general in the future. Kaze Keeps his squad together through everything (good and bad). He has put in a lot of work into the squad and made it the success it currently is. Even though he hasnt been in charge of the squad for as long as some others, he's already on the verge of a split.
