Be sure that all notes are being posted and passed down to everyone. So far we are doing a great job in posting notes properly on time. This starting week we will focuse on communication. Means that we must communicate with everyone on daily KSI basis such as news or event and all that stuff. Keep in mind that the senior directors are now the ones looking after their specific assigned divisions to give advise and help out and catch us up and giving us the tools to get us going. G14 users can't be inactive for more than 7 ddays. So keep on communicating. And be advise that the leader list is now being done by the senior directors. So they must have a full list of the leaders and checking for any corrections. And promotions or demotions should be updated monthly or at any time when this happens. And last but not least congratulate KSI Doctor 7 on his promotion to chief department manager of the ksi board of directors. KSI Hydrotech 1
Meeting of 03/29/15 Upper notes: Spirit week is approaching so we must get an early heads up and start preparing the week we all been waiting for. is going to around mid-July until full further notice. this is the week where all divisions and squads start to compete in varieties of activities like weekend warfare. and also the best time to represent your squad and division. and of course tons of live streams and community wide game nights from all kinds of squads it will be a massive turnout. However, this doesn't mean you get to go crazy and lose control and start too much drama, because the CoC will apply of course and you may get disqualified. but in the bright side, just have fun and enjoy meeting new people and just do your best. And speaking of that, be sure that all Gen's and Officers fully understand the code of conduct and what each rule actually means. for example if your orientating a new recruit be sure to also explain the code of conduct in your words not just what it says. to ensure that the recruit fully understands the code of conduct and avoid trouble in the future which is very important to know. if your not sure, you can go the GZ sections on forums and find "Standard operating guidelines" as a topic. All gens and officer are to be sure that are spending more time with their fellow members often. and making sure they are having fun. so that way they get to know you more and better. which they would less likely to leave KSI in the future knowing and having experiencing such a good community. but if somewhat happens. then don't make a big deal about it. And just leave them the door open otherwise you may make others leave. but he/she will always be more than welcome to came back in the future. Division notes: One big goal for GZ is to reach 225 members. right know we are around 205. So lets try hitting new people and try sending out 1 recruiting message a day. or try referring your friends and many other ways. So far the Shoutouts are splendid. so be sure to name after the ones that worked hard in their squads. and specially friday shoutouts. or any other motivational messages or quotes. their all very self motivating. keep it up Activity is good, but we can still do more so lets keep activity high in gamenights. We must also be sure host workshops every week per squad. and making sure everyone have the tools based on their current rank to run the squads smoothly. And yes we must prepare for Spirit week and see if we have enough squads with teams. so far we got the last 2 spirit weeks. in the first one we went second place and the second one we took 1st place. so we will try to get this going and go for Third Time Charm. and maintain our big tittle. so we must motivated all members and all teams ready and loaded and all hands on deck. And last but not least, KSI Scarecrow 7 has officially left. because he's going through basic training for the US army, and got engaged. so lets give him great hopes until his return and good future. Weekend warfare: was last saturday on the 03/28/15 was xbox 360 halo 4 4v4 ro sham bo 8pm est and the next one will be next saturday 04/04/15 xbox 360/xbox 1 Cod AW 4v4 TDM at 8pm est. visit www.weekendwarfare.org and sign up at under the tournaments tab. come see any T&E Staff or KSI Havoc 7 for questions. squad notes: our primary goal is to reach 30 people by the end of this week so we will need at least 4 people by the end. since we got a couple last week it shouldn't be a problem. just keep sending out those wonderful recruiting messages or refer to a friend and ask for help if needed. our secondary goal is maintain activity. so just play with another KSI member every day to have a good relation with friends and ensure activity. and also motivating each other and send shoutouts. KSI Hydrotech 1
Meeting of 04/19/15 Upper notes: You wondered why we don't give out prizes often anymore on tournaments and WW? well they say that they have the funds for any prize, however there are 2 big reasons why they don't often. 1) Not enough people signing up. So we must all try to attempt to weekend warfares often. Is good to share your time with others and meet others and have fun. if you don't like some of their games feel free to go to the suggestion page of the weekend warfare department. 2) People getting disqualified because of Code of Conduct. So please take it easy and not getting too dramatic over the prizes they are giving. remember that is mostly about having fun. you lose, that't fine. all it matters is that you tried and also enjoyed the game. as there will be more chances in the future. Be sure that all generals are using the squad tags daily. So make sure that all members are getting their messages. The seniors are also paying attention and making sure they are doing it. Remember that this is the main source of communicating to your squad. Please do not make your G14 password as your gamertag for your safety. Same thing goes to any account associated with KSI and your xbox account. we want to make sure your accounts are secure, and neither give any account information to any unknown for any reasons. your safety matters more. AAP are still up until atleast 3 full pages are filled. the point is that we still want more people to come and nominate and vote for any wanted member in this community for their division of the month. be sure to write a few 3 reasons why should be Member of the month. so please step right up in the AAP in the forums. If there's any promotion from LT and up. then you can talk to KSI Doctor 7 to advertise and expand your deserving promotion in the facebook page and other parts of the media so everyone can see it. Please keep up the shoutout. is not only messages you can also talk about your wanted member right in a gamenight along with the squad. so be sure to send those motivational messages or even quotes Division notes: We must keep the GZ spam clean and also from too much drama. and some of the messages our outdated that may have to be removed. and make a fresh start if needed. Every saturday there will be divisional gamenights around 6 pm est. our goal to bring the division together and active. we will be having other different divisional events. so stand by for the messages you get in the squad tag. And every friday around 6:30pm there will also be divisonal workshops which your more than free to come and learn new strategies. since we need people trained having the tools needed to succeed. We must still get the numbers up to 225. so lets try our best to get new faces in here, and getting more people involve with recruiting. the more the merrier. We must make sure that we do the welcoming committee on all recruits. after recruiting someone don't leave them hanging. be sure to send out a message to your squad members to welcome your recruit. and also play some games, making sure to fully train them, teaching routines, getting to know the rest of the crew, making sure they are attending to their first few gamenights, and giving them their promotions on time. remember that recruits require attention. WW: was last saturday on the 04/18/15 8pm est COD AW FFA and Halo 4 FFA for xbox 360. the next one will be Karaoke night probably in a party next saturday at 8pm est 04/25/15. so please sigh up at www.weekendwarfare.org under tournaments tab. or see any T&E Staff or KSI Havoc 7 for questions. Squad notes: Our primary goal is to work on activity. we been slacking activity on halo. Destiny and Neverwinter don't count, this is a halo squad. Im not saying that you can't play those games. I only ask to attend at least on one or 2 halo gamenights. or try making a group and play a game of your choice with the group to ensure group activity is there. especially for the awesome spirit week coming up which you don't want to miss, so lets all motivate each other and have fun together. do shoutouts if you can. Our secondary goal is to recruit. The recruiting activity still not that great. so please Highly recommend to send out one message a day. the more numbers we get the more fun it will be on daily activity basis. you can also recruit while playing a game of your choice as long they have halo. and when do so Please don't forget the welcoming committee if you get the recruits. or if you need help please feel free to invite me. Our optional goal is that ill need some more maps on halo since mcc doesn't have a file browser. if you want to help me of some maps im still working on. then feel free. or if you have already a game to share then let me know as well. The main goal for GZ this week is to focus more on communication, passing down in the squad tag messages, shoutouts, gamenights, weekendwarfare, Special events, blacklist, promotion shoutouts and any other daily notifications of what everyone should be aware off and specially for any upcoming spirit week news. We are also expected to practice the welcoming committee more. Any new recruit should require full attention and to get to know everyone else within the squad, routine, standards and specially being done by the officers. So don't just leave them hanging wondering around. And to also choose 2 in a squad for the Divisional welcoming committee. We are sitting at 212 so our goal this week is to reach 225. keep bringing new faces Squad: So far we been doing an awesome job at recruiting so we must keep it up and also got out of project status yay :D you guys are awesome. Our primary goal that now that we got new faces then lets focus on the activity this week. Not only gamenights but you can also make a group at any time in the squad and have all playing a particular game which it also helps the activity and counts too. Especially that I know some of you guys are excited on the house of wolfs DLC so you can promote that as well for the activity :D Our secondary goal is bringing new faces if possible. We can always keep growing the squad more and more which means that we have more people to play with and more for activity. So lets see if we can keep or increase the rate from last week and I truly believe you guys can do it. So lets try reaching 35 by the end of this week. don't forget to see me or any officer if you need help or advice on recruiting. Our third goal is to grow the team more for spirit week. more tryouts will take place this week (see gamenights below). notes from others: making sure to practice the welcoming committee. Getting everyone in the forums for pep rally. be sure to send shoutouts which is good to show your appreciation to the ones that work hard on the squad. To succeed in both recruitment and spirit week we need pure motivation. we must have the shoutouts coming back in place. sending out shoutouts messages or if your not sure try sending out motivational quotes and truly appreciating the work that we all do. and if you are then use that motivation on others. and we are still trying to train a member up and plan to have a team soon which i know some of you want a team which i know it will bring more motivation and truly representing the squad. ill keep updating you all on spirit week. if there's live stream going on ill let you know asap and twitch is on the squad tag bio. and also want everyone in the forums for the pep rally june 24th. let us know if you need forums help.
