Here is a recap of tonight's meeting notes:

* KSI Romans 7 is Ground Zero's "Internal Affairs Officer." Any potential clan risks, threats, or malicious behavior by any gamer should be brought to his attention.

* There will be no more "vouching" for blacklisted members allowed. This is considered too risky for both KSI and the person vouching for any blacklisted member. If you have any questions or concerns in this regard, please contact Illusion.

* Keep recruiting new members. Ground Zero is being noticed by KSI leaders and is considered one of the fastest growing divisions within KSI.

* The Minecraft server is now up and running. You can contact Illusion for the IP address. The current server capacity will support up to 50 members at a given time without any lag.

* The recruiting challenge has been extended through Tuesday, February 28. The winner will need to have a list of their recruits verified against the Access Denieds by Illusion.

Furthermore, I will be reviewing our current squad and getting to know each and every one of you that I haven't had the pleasure of meeting already. We may be holding new tryouts for teams, but I would like to meet with each team captain to get their synopsis before I make that decision. Ok, without further adieu, yesterday's meeting notes are as follows:

* KSI is looking to get more people involved in the education center offered here on the forums. The education section involves things like training workshops, leadership classes, and many other availabilities to help build each member's foundation as a KSI member. * There have been reports of trash talking amongst and from KSI members. Remember, we are here as a gaming community, not trash talkers. We need to put a stop to this and continue to make Ground Zero a FUN division to game in.

* KSI N1NJA 7 is Ground Zero's new Internal Affairs Officer. Hacks, squad tag threats, or any other threat in general should be brought to his attention. N1NJA will resolve the matter, or present the matter to a leader who can resolve the issue, so don't try to take things into your own hands.

* We are going to institute more weekly activities and game nights. We need to push "FUN" not "RECRUITMENT." This does not mean you don't have to recruit anymore, but just to remember that we are here to have fun, and perhaps utilizing that thought process will in effect bring you more recruits!

* KSI SAGE 7 is now a Ground Zero Founder. KSI N1NJA 7 and KSI SLIKYBOY 7 are now Ground Zero Co-Founders.

* Recruiting leads to promotions and promotions are a sign that our squad is doing well, not getting stuck. Keep pushing and doing a great job with recruiting and we won't have to worry about getting "stuck."

* There have been reports of "boosting" by KSI members. Remember, there is absolutely no boosting, cheating, or modding of any kind allowed within KSI. Doing so is a direct violation of the code of conduct. First offense will result in a two week rank suspension. Second offense will result in your removal from KSI. Remember, as a gaming community, we are here to be recognized by our skills, not by how well we cheat.

* N1NJA's current recruiting challenge will go through this Wednesday, March 7. Please make sure you send him a list of your recruits, as he is not going to ask you for it. If you don't send in your list, there is no chance for you to win.

* Ground Zero now has a Facebook page that we are encouraging you to join. You can find it by searching "KSI Ground Zero."

* All sergeants and below that need assistance with recruiting need to see me to schedule a recruiting class. We need to make sure all the proper steps are being taken right from the start. I will be happy to meet with anyone on an individual basis as well.

Ok everyone. As promised, here are Sunday's meeting notes:

* There will be a new division class status going up in the near future, of which will be more prestigious than the current "Flagship" status. This status will be known as the "Pillar" divisions. There will be more extensive criterion to reach "Pillar" status, including forum activity.

* There have been rumors that Senior Directors are kicking people out of KSI, even though claiming not to be in breach of the code of conduct. Rule 10 in the Code of Conduct states, "10 ) The list of prohibited activities includes, but is not limited to..." The underlined portion is key. The Code of Conduct is merely a reference guide for KSI members. There are certainly various unlisted activities or actions that will also prompt removal. Long story short, DO NOT piss off a Senior Director!

* FTLA classes are still taking place, and members (primarily SGT's) are encouraged to attend these classes. They are an excellent leadership building tool that will certainly help you progress throughout KSI.

* There are COD Elite groups available for KSI members who are not already in a COD squad. They are a great way to connect with fellow KSI members if you usually play a different game. The names of the groups are "Global 1"-"5" and "Global 6" is in the making. You can contact KSI SLIKYBOY 7 for further details.

* Check out Weekendwarfare.com to find KSI Global tournaments on the weekends. These tournaments range across various game types and you can sign up according to what you like to play.

* Our weekly member goal for Ground Zero is 450 members, so keep recruiting, but also remember why we are here. We are here to have fun and enjoy the experience our gaming community provides, so don't run yourself ragged.

* We are one squad away from opening another Co-Founder position. This always opens the door for well deserved promotions, so keep up the good work!

* KSI Global's gaming community has reached 4,000 members. This is an excellent milestone and speaks highly of ALL our dedicated members. Congratulations for being a part of something special everyone.

* The forums, as well as the Ground Zero Facebook page have been very active. Keep promoting these communication channels, as it makes all of our members feel more connected.

* We are going to be holding Sniper team tryouts this Friday, March 16 at 8:00 P.M. EST.

* I am holding a recruiting challenge for our squad. The challenge will go until our next meeting this Sunday. The winner will receive 800 Microsoft Points. That's a free name change for all you PVT's and CPL's! REMEMBER, you must keep a list of your recruits, as I will need to verify the potential winner's lists.

Ok guys, here are Sunday's meeting notes:

* Recruit tags will be held by Founders. Our founder is KSI SAGE 7.

* ALL officers (LT's and up) need to add the GZ leader's tag. The tag name is KSI GZ Leaders.

* GZ is going to hold its own SGT workshop, which will be run by KSI QueenJess 7. If you have a particular time that you would like to request for the workshop, whether for Halo or COD squads, arrangements can be made by contacting KSI iLLuSii0N 7.

* Squad problems are being brought up to Directors and Senior Directors, before following the proper rank structure. Make sure that these issues are directed to our Co-Founders and Founders FIRST. They are here to help.

* GZ now has a forge team. Applications for the forge team can be submitted via the forums. Forge team map ideas can also be submitted by non-team members, but as a prerequisite, you must have at least 30 non-spam posts before submitting. For more information, please contact KSI ImPeRiiuM.

* We are pushing for members to get involved in the FTLA classes on the forums. Beyond building leadership skills, the classes also help build problem solving skills within your individual squad. This can be essential in helping to build a positive, productive squad.

* The GZ raffle is going to be put into action. For every 5 recruits you obtain, you must post those recruits on the forums. For every 5 recruits, you will get one submission into the raffle. The names will then be pulled out of a hat at the end of the month and the winner will receive a prize. Prizes will likely be in the form of Microsoft Points or other equivalent distribution.

* For anyone who is not aware, the age restriction for recruitment into KSI has been raised. The new age limit is 15 years of age. All current members are grandfathered in on this restriction and will not be affected by the new rule. This information MUST be obtained prior to recruiting new members.

* Due to the lacking participation in REFUGE's recent recruiting challenge, I am going to be using another challenge method to distribute an 800 Microsoft Point prize. I will update the squad when I have made my decision on what I am going to do.

* We have removed all of the fluff from REFUGE and everyone is doing an excellent job in terms of activity and participation. Thank you everyone for your hard work!

Well, it's considered tomorrow for you, but regardless, here are Sunday's meeting notes:

* When involved in a gaming community such as KSI, sometimes we as members encounter situations within our personal lives that conflict with our squad's schedule. It is important that you remember that your personal life comes first. Take care of what you need to in order to make your time with our community as productive as possible. If you do have plans to be away for a while, all that I ask is that you notify me of your absence. Details are not necessary, but if you would like to share them, I will be happy to listen to what you have to say as well.

* KSI Reflex is a known alias of KSI Caboose 7, a blacklisted gamer. If contacted by either one of these gamer tags, block communications and notify me immediately.

* There have been reports of a few members being out of uniform. Please make sure you are in uniform at all times, unless otherwise directed.

* Entering into a inner-division relationship is discouraged. Drama from the relationship has the tendency to make its way into our community and create problems. Marriages are an exception. I will not tell you who you can and cannot form a relationship with, but if drama becomes an issue within the squad, disciplinary action will be taken.

* With the recent attempts by XD to hit our gaming community, it is more important than ever to stay united as a squad and as a division. Go out and make sure that everyone is having fun. When members are having a good time, they are less likely to make a transfer over to another community.

* Our leaders would like to see growth within our division to bounce back from the recent poaching efforts of XD. Let's get out there and start recruiting guys! We are all having fun in REFUGE, which is excellent, but I do want to see our members at least putting an effort forth to obtain new recruits. It is vital that we get our numbers back up, because the active status of our teams depend on it!

* Just a reminder, ALL officers need to add the leader's tag. The name is "KSI GZ Leaders"

* We are holding two team tryouts this Friday (assuming that our squad has enough members to hold them!). Swat tryouts are @ 7 PM EST and Headhunters tryouts are @ 8:30 PM EST. Even if you're not trying out, you are encouraged to attend and support your fellow squad members!

* REFUGE has implemented a security team. I will be running the team, along with KSI Tidus and KSI Altair. ALL new recruits MUST be approved by the security team and will not be admitted into our squad until such a review has taken place. If you would like more information regarding the security team, or to request obtaining a position, please inform one of the current team members.

I would just like to thank you all for your excellent communications and cohesion during the peak of XD's poaching attempts. There was not a single active member of our squad that was poached by XD. That is something to be proud of and I just want to thank you all again for your unwaivered dedication.

Hey everyone, this week is our fiscal year end at work, so I've been quite busy to say the least. Meeting notes will be posted tonight. Thanks for being patient!

Last Sunday's meeting notes are as follows:

* DL was the largest division in KSI. They have just split however, so please welcome the new division formed from the split, Forced Induction. Let's start recruiting for GZ to achieve the same results!

* There has been some confusion between members getting kicked out, DNH'd, and Blacklisted. When a member is kicked out of a squad or division, they are free to join another squad or division, respectively. When a member is DNH'd, you can still have that member on your friends list, but they are not to be involved in KSI clan ops in any way, shape, or form. When someone is Blacklisted, they must be blocked from ALL communications, removed from every member's friends list and avoided however possible. Anyone caught communicating with a Blacklisted member risks getting Blacklisted themselves. For a Blacklisting to be official, it must be approved by at least two standing board members. The names of the two board members initiating the Blacklisting will be included in any notifications.

* If a gamer attempts to rejoin Ground Zero from XD, they will not be admitted to our division. They will need to be sent over to Light Bringers to prove that they will not pose a security threat.

* Whenever possible, try to include as many people as possible in squad games and activities, including those ranked lower than yourself.

* Our website will be under maintenance to prepare for Weekend Warfare. Friday, April 6 is the anticipated completion date.

* April will be the first month that the GZ raffle will be in effect. For every 5 recruits you get, submit their names on the forums and you will get one submission into the raffle. Current prizes are 800 Microsoft points (3) and possibly a special something for the top recruiter! Please note, KSI Gump donated 1600 Microsoft points for the raffle as well!

* REFUGE has a very solid membership core, but we need to start expanding upon that member base. I'm pushing everyone to get out there and recruit! Sorry for not getting to this in a more timely manner everybody. Last Sunday's meeting notes are as follows:

* Ground Zero has a quicker timeline for minimum requirements with promotions. This is due to the high rate of growth within our division. GZ's minimum time requirements for promotions amongst officers is: 2 weeks as a SGT to become a LT, 2 weeks as a LT to become a CPT, and 3 weeks as a CPT to become a GEN. Remember to consider this timeline before getting angry for not being promoted. This timeline is NOT a guideline for promotions, as you still need to show leadership abilities, be active within the squad, and help promote growth.

* HR (Human Resources) will be conducting recruitment training workshops in all divisions and you may apply with HR if you are interested in participating. This is an excellent resource for any SGT's and above looking to hone their recruiting/orientating skills.

* There has been a lot of members (not necessarily our squad) communicating with blacklisted members. Members who have been blacklisted are considered very serious security threats and there are to be NO communications of any kind with them. If you are caught communicating with a blacklisted member, you too will be blacklisted. If you would like to know the clans/gamers on KSI's official blacklist, I will be happy to share that information with you to ensure that nobody claims "they didn't know." Also, when recruiting new members, you have to make sure the proper background checks and security measures are being taken, PRIOR to recruiting the new member. I will be happy to train anyone that is unfamiliar with performing proper background checks. Finally, TLG is a clan currently on high alert for possible security threats. They are not officially blacklisted, but if you notice anything suspicious, please inform your leaders IMMEDIATELY.

* Members need to remove all references to illegal narcotics within their profile and/or gamertag. KSI does not support the use of illegal narcotics and portraying such an image to the public eye looks unfavorable.

* Ground Zero is full of hard working members that are trying to push our division to be one of, if not the best division in KSI. Keep recruiting, as the GZ raffle is now in full swing and for every 5 recruits you submit, you increase your odds of winning a prize! REFUGE has been exploding with awesome new members recently and everyone is doing an excellent job within the squad. Just the fact that we have nearly 5/8 of our squad at the SGT and higher rank shows how committed and enthusiastic everyone is. Keep up the excellent work, as I think EVERYONE in REFUGE has the potential to be a great leader in KSI!

Okay everyone, as of tonight Gravity has officially split. KSI Prodigy0613 has been promoted to Co-founder, congrats to him. KSIPsychoMantis has been promoted to the general of Gravity. KSI Altair has been promoted to general also, he will be general of our new squad named Eclipse.

The meeting notes are as followed:

-KSI Balphy 7 is in charge of KSI's new youtube channel, so lets get on there and check it out and check out the requirements in order to get videos up there.

-Darth Sidious 7's XD are now officially Blacklisted.

-KSI Archangel is DNH, aviod lobbies and partys with him.

-We now have a suggestion box on the forums, it is meant to improve just the forums.

-We need to push for more gamenights, keep activity up in the squad, and keep having fun!

-One new rule was added in KSI and it is that squads can have teams at anytime. No restrictions on squad size.

-Finally, Cosmic Equinox is now a group on facebook, lets all get on there and check it out!
