Gametypeless squads It has come to our attention that there is still some confusion on Gametypeless xbox one squads. These squads are in place to try to find games that maybe have been overlooked. There is no set game type that everyonr has to play it's a play whatever you want find people introduce then to KSI and if you get enough people playing one particular game later down the road you can split it out and create a project squad wifh it. Weekend warfare Weekend warfare this Saturday will be a destiny raid off on both 360 and one on the kings fall raid. From squad meetings, gens meetings, etc, meetings should never be lectures. Always try to give everyone a chance to say their piece, express concerns, ask for advice from peers, so on and so forth. Going to meetings is not just about getting info from your leaders, it's about exchanging ideas about how to better KSI, and to better acquaint yourself with other leaders in a professional, yet light, setting. We ask that all divisions please include in there stats a couple shout outs weekly so that we can spotlight some memebers in our shoutout portion. T&E Send congratulations to KSI Bandit 777 as the new Co-Head of T&E and KSI Mighty 7 as a new senior staff Pay attention to time requirements for ranks. The requirements aren't totally set in stone, there's a little wiggle room. Make sure to give people 48 hours to come back after they've left. They can come back within that time period, and we don't want to have to push a newly promoted person to the side, rearrange things, etc, if it's not needed. DNH and Blacklist are not interchangable terms, they are seperate disciplinary tools used by KSI Leadership, and need to be addressed as such. DNH (Do Not Hire) is a person who has been removed from KSI for violating CoC and is not allowed to return, but KSI members are allowed to talk to these people. Blacklisting is a person who has been removed from KSI for violating CoC, they are not allowed to return, but all KSI member are also forbidden to speak with this individuals to avoid drama/for security reasons, or both. The only way to get a blacklist or a DNH repealed is by an appeal through the KSI Courts. Division Split, four squads have broken off from FI to form TI (Toxic Illusion) the squads that moved are Hybrid, Viper, Arrow and Carbon, they have become Xenon, Cyanide, Krypton and Lithium respectively, please bear this in mind when recruiting, Officers, make sure you get our recruits from the old recruit tag to the new squad tag smoothly and efficiently. Squad Notes Xenon will soon be undergoing a gametype change, I am hoping to switch from Call of Duty Ghosts to Call of Duty Black Ops 2, if there are any concerns that I don't already know about before via my personal tag KSI R3ap3r 666, if I am unavailable for any reason, message either KSI BoGaNgL3S or KSI AuraLucario and they will contact me on your behalf.
