Warpriest 7 142
As many of you know there has been a rush to improve FI recently. With me still interacting with several members in the division I do hear things about FI. Rest assured 99% of what I do hear is good. I'm not imposing or trying to change anything with this article. I'm just speaking as an outside observer and an FI fanboy. One thing we all need to work on is attitude. Y'all need to be pumped day in and day out! If you constantly keep a positive attitude the people around you will be lifted immensely. I really want to brag on two people right now, KSI MFLSwagg 7 and KSI Azrael 7. These dudes have probably the best attitudes about things in this entire division. They are always motivating and always lift everyone's spirits. But, if your constantly down,or constantly complaining about every little thing, than yeah, everyone around you will be brought down due to the bad vibes you'll be giving off. But, if you have a great attitude about things and are constantly ready to lead the charge, than rest assured everyone will be ready to follow behind you. Another thing, you guys cannot let the littlest things that people say about y'all get to you. The initials FI and the name Forced Induction are very prestigious titles in KSI. But, don't get a big head, you have to earn respect in this community. Working hard and being humble will gain you respect. While being lazy and Roostery will gain you hatred. Now, as always haters gonna hate lol. But, you can't use that motto as an excuse to abuse your power and be very unkind to people. I spent two years in this division. Believe me when I tell you, there's no division out there quite like FI. The people in this division is amazing. When I was going through hard times and i really needed someone to lean on, Heck I had 400+ people there to make me happy with never ending gamenights, training, recruiting, and loads of fun! But, you guys need to give the newer people of FI the great experience y'all gave me. I fell in love with this division and boy do I miss it. You want to impact people's lives in this division to where they regret leaving, and they miss it. FI is a magnificent division, but why not make it even more magnificent? People say the sky is the limit, well heck, astronauts proved that to not be true lol. Reach for the stars FI, and keep pushing. You guys have great members, and amazing leadership in your ranks. But dont let laziness and Roosteriness be your downfall. Take a step back and look at all the opportunities you guys have or future leaders within the ranks of this division, and trust me. You'll be shocked. This has been a long talk but if you read all of it, I'm glad. Thank you FI, Stay classy. -KB7 Riegns Vii
 Awards
Riegns Vii 180
I want to applaud you King Bear for this. I am a general over in DR, and I have been through so much in the last 4 months. I got my squad back in March and we were at 15 people. (The squad started as an Advanced Warfare squad, I turned it into a Destiny squad) I was lucky to have not one but TWO former generals and friends want to rejoin KSI. They both came to my squad. We grew to about 40 members pretty quick. But we fell flat and just couldn't grow any more. We couldn't figure out why. We stayed this way for about 2 months. Some things went down. (Not going to post it here) I almost gave up. I thought I was a failure. I wanted to leave. But after having a long talk with my COFO and a recruiting contest, we started to grow. People were changing their names, and we were growing! A week before spirit week, we were the smallest squad in DR. In one month, we grew to be the BIGGEST and the most active squad in DR! And we are now getting ready to split! I shared this because being positive and motivational is so important. I tell my officers and members that we aren't a squad, we are a family. I post in my squad chat on here every day and I tell my members how proud I am of them. My members love KSI. I hear it every day! They are all excited for the split. I have a lot of haters, but I use their hate as fuel. It keeps me going. It makes me want to push to prove them all wrong. And its worked. Whatever negativity is around you, don't let it bother you. Look the other way. There is always going to be someone weather it be in KSI or real life that want to see you fail. And they will do whatever they can to try to get you to fail. Don't acknowledge the negative people. If there are issues, squash them fast. Don't let the petty stuff bring you down. Being a cheerleader to your members and officers is so so important. A "Good Job" or "Keep up the great work" goes a long way. Building a bond with your members also helps too. Lend an ear. Being someone that they can trust and talk to will keep people around. Now I feel like I am just rambling...lol The power of positivity! Everyone has the ability to be successful. Its up to you how successful you want to be. And ignore the haters. Because, haters gonna hate! Sorry for the ramble..:) Warpriest 7
 Awards 2
