Guest
The greatest of leaders are the greatest followers. Basically you must be a good follower before you can be a good leader, and if you expect people to follow you as a leader you must be able to effectively follow your leaders. Like like the generals are leaders of there squads, and they are followers of the cofounder and above. Ascend leads the cofounders and everyone below and he follows Green and everyone above. If ascend didn't follow green and Collector then the cofounders may feel they won't have to follow Ascend, and it would be hypocritical for aescend to expect them to follow him if he wasn't following green and Collector. Guest
The words who, what, when, where, why, and how are very essential to anyone who has a mind and a drive. These words are so simple that a 4 year old can ask them, yet the most astute scholars are perplexed by them. No matter the job or situation if these words are not asked then the result will not be objectively satisfied, and if these questions are not asked, important information will not be available. As leaders, workers, and or students both in KSI and real life we should see these words as tools to disect, understand, and solve problems or questions. Just always remember to use the tools: Who, when, where, what, why, and how.

Guest
Humility is the quality or state of not thinking you are better then other people, but that does not mean think negatively of yourself or your abilities. Confidence is a feeling or belief that you can do something well or succeed at something, but it does not mean you believe you are better than others. People should be confidently humble. Confident humility is to understand who you are and what your abilities are, but do not think you're better than others. Everyone should heed the words of Socrates. " The only true wisdom is knowing you know nothing" Quote is from http://mobile.brainyquote.com/quotes/quotes/s/socrates101212.html Definitions of Humility and confidence are from Merriam-Webster Humility- http://www.merriam-webster.com Confidence- webster.com/dictionary/confidence
Guest
This may sound strange, but it is true, and I know it's true, for I use it on myself. If you are someone who is stressful, anxious, or anything of that nature, you can use a tool called meditation. I recently been trying to do a lot, and I have been putting a lot on my plate, so the other day I had a really bad panic attack, I started breathing a lot, freaking out, it was bad. When I decided to start meditation, I feel a lot less stressed and more relaxed. By meditation, I don't mean taking in the energy or the soul of the world around you, so I just mean sitting down in a quiet and peaceful place, and closing your eyes, breathe, relax, and don't of anything at all. This will be hard to do at firsr, for our culture is about go, go, go, and we always have something on, and our mind is always racing, but if we take some time to sit, relax, and be peaceful, you will be a lot less anxious, and you may even perform your tasks better. I'm no expert on meditation, but you can just look up videos on YouTube, to help you.
Guest
Use short term goals(daily/weekly to achieve long term goals(monthly/yearly), and use long term goals to stay focused on the objective and to stay motivated to continue pursuing short term goals. If you only focus on long term goals, you can possibly become so fixated on them that you don't do the steps and your self towards them. You can't count to 100, unless you go one number at a time, and you need to get 5 before 25, and 50 before 75, and 90 before 100. If you focus only on small term goals its easy to lose focus and motivation, because if you don't know where you're going next month, it makes it hard to want to do something next week, you won't really have a reason to do something next week. Why count to 1, if you don't know what to count to afterwards. So equally focus on short term goals and long term goals to achieve your objectives. Splitting a squad is a long term goal, but you need to achieve short term goals to get there i.e. recruit 5 people a week, train officers, run game nights, learn the SOP, so on. And know if your a squad with 50 members, if you want to achieve 95, you have to first get to 51, and than 52. Count each step and goal as imported and never take them for granted, but always have a long term goal.
KSI Alley 114
Work until your idols become your rivals... For a seed to achieve its greatest expression, it must come completely undone. The shell cracks, its insides come out and everything changes. To someone who doesn't understand growth, it would look like complete destruction.
