Spirit Week Minecraft
Remember the first event for spirit week is still going you have another week to work on your spirit week map. Each division can submit one map and gets a participation point for spirit week so make sure you capitalize on this opportunity while you can. The seed is spirit 

Weekly update
This week's weekly update will be a spirit week preview tune in to twitch.tv/ksilive at 8 eastern to join in on the discussion

Officer staff
Make sure you are constantly reminding your generals to always be looking and training and having replacements ready. You never know when something can change so it's always a good idea to have backup plans.

Motivation
Make sure your always keeping a positive attitude because others look up to you. If you are always positive it can be infectious and spread like wild fire. A good way to boost morale is shoutouts

LW Notes

-Recruiting Tournament going on as we speak. want to see everyone pumping this up and pushing it out. ends July 7th

-Recruit Tag; Been doing really well, just want to see more recruits coming in but KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!

- For the next 2 Saturdays LW Fun Night will be all about spirit week. We want to be prepared so this is the opportunity to do so. Msg your general with any questions

- Remember to work as a team, rely on one another to help out. Officers are put in place to help out. There is no reason anyone should be stressing out.

-Show your appreciation. Every week send out messages to show your appreciation to a member in the squad. Appreciation = motivation.

- Spot Light of the week: these are something that MUST be sent out every Friday. Please turn your list in on Wednesday to KSI Poison IVY so she can get started on the video for the YouTube Channel. ( remember to ask the member if it is okay to put their name in the video)

-Squads tags and Front-line; Remember you must log into this. Front-line is a tool you use to help with your squad as generals, if you do not log in for 5 days you will face an RS. Squad tag: this is the GREATEST tool you have when it comes to information being put out to your squad. It lets you send out messages to all squad members, remember if you do not log into your tag for 7 days it will be pulled and you will face a RS.

-Spirit week; as stated before we will be using LW Fun night to practice and get ready for the upcoming week. This is an opportunity to get everyone pumped up and show members what spirit week is all about.

- Enthusiasm; When leaders are excited about something and are enthusiastic about it, that pumps everyone up. so be sure to be excited and motivating when talking about activities and events within the division. 

- If anyone would like to help out with the youtube channel, Please message KSI Poison Ivy or someone in the 7s staff for more information.

- Fun; we need to bring more fun to the table. if anyone has any ideas for fun games, throwback gamenights,etc. please let your officer staff know.

- Remember officers MUST throw one gamenight per week, and check in on officer roll call.

Upper Leadership

-LS first ES second WI third for spirit week. Every division participated in some way.
-Now that spirit week is over gotta get back out on grind and moving again, 5 days off g14 or squad tag is rank suspension
-lockdown, still on lockdown all parties and games on inv. Only.
-Weekly update will start again Friday 8pm eat topic is spirit week recap, please tune in to twitch.TV.ksilive spread the word.
-weekend warfare is back this Saturday held on halo 4 free for all 8pm eat sign up on tne on forums, with spirit week wrapping up let's keep the competitivity and have a great tournament this weekend
-AAP is finally back so the award system is back online so u can nominate fellow members for an award u believe they deserve, remember to follow the guidelines and keep checking them there are a lot that some of you can be witnesses for. If you believe you would be good witness have someone else nominate them.
-Like always news teams and productions are hiring, for how history team isn't hiring, judge applications are open again, applications for any department can be found in their areas on forums, any questions contact your officers.
-Directors switched up again: Thor 7 is over EO, LS, and ES. Collector over MP, WI, DL. Mpliers HD, DR, FI, IK. Avrial EM, LW, EI.

LW notes

-Make members impeachable by creating things for them to participate in, have to have 50 or more to start HH team. Can also do Gun Crowns, or TT if your under 50.
-All emblems and stuff must be pg13, make members happy.
-Gonna take action on squads that aren't doing anything so people can get the KSI experience they deserve.
-Caesar making a suicide squad so there will be 2 for those who have X1 and 360 they have trials next Friday so if u wanna try out message pinky.
-Messages on squad tag, hasn't been too many issues just keep in mind looking for above and beyond generals who do things for their squad. Just do things to make people feel a part of things
-Communication, is key if you do not express your feelings, we don't know what to do to help you or your squad. If you stay out of the loop and stay to yourself we'll assume everything is OK, so please let us know if u need help or anything just go to the 7 u trust and talk it out.
-LW studios, needs new people for productions team for LW need people who can record, edit, lot more stuff message Poison IVY for details, also gonna start making stuff for holidays and birthdays. 
-Make out mark here in KSI create history leave a legacy in KSI.

-we want to have more Gamenight, activities.
- paladin has been doing good but we'd like to see more people get involved in recruiting or finding recruits.
-Gun Crowns, EE, and SnipeOps are started up if anyone is interested message KSI Pikachu 7 or KSIx Little toto.
-We want to see everyone grow closer as a squad and family we want to see everyone  unite together and show them that we're the Her's of LW!!

Forums activity, for being the largest division in KSI our activity sucks. Officers must have an active forums account to be promoted and to be an officer 

 

Next Tuesday all gens squad stats and goals workshop with muddy at 8-9 pm eastern

 -Notes from meeting: leader ship notes, Headhunters-Season for bo2, starts this Friday. Team manager needs to post in hh section for the rosters. Challenges are once a day per member to the start start game. Pretty much 1 member per day on team, you can challenge them. If you want to take the seat of number 1 and your 5 you have to challenge you the next day. For more info contact Mpliers 7. Weekend warfare-90's theme karaoke for this weekend. Saturday 8eastern. Next week is a 1v1 cage match on wwe tk16, August 20th 8eastern. Please note: 15th wwe is free on the one. Weekly update: this Friday's update is a pregame show to start our bo2 hh session. 8eastern. Tune in at twitch to join in the fun. Hirings News and prod. , history, apply if interested. Any information needed for head of history ask Alley or Change. Gens:all tags have to be silver. Squad meeting notes need to be posted within 24 hours. No excuses allowed! It will always be the gens fault. New directors assignments: ascend is over LW, DR, ES Thor is over LS,EO,WI collector is over DL,TI,MP, Mpliers is over DM,FI,HD,IK,..

Div level notes: teamwork is key- let's make sure everyone is working together to make squads and divisions running smoothly. We need to work together with the squads that have no gens when needed. We need to host meetings for people that need to go to meetings, and when people don't have time to host meetings. Try to rebuild squads quicker, not slower. Recruit tag: many recruits need to be trained off. Make sure we are getting them off in a timely manner. Nobody should wait weeks to get trained off. Need to make sure when recruiting, see if there are multiple clan gamertags on there friends list. Make sure officers are making sure about this. Muddy is on LOA. Anything that needs to be answered try to go to your co founder. Bush is back from loa, Phil has a mic now, if anybody needs something tested cofounders are now available. More forum activity! Need more activity going on on the forums. There should be no reason for complications between chat box, activities, communication,  and or Starting new topics. Idea: during the training process, teach pvts how to use the forums with a tutorial. Possibly making a workshop for tutorials during the forums. Try to get members involved in king of the hill and other activities on the forums, time to push for the forums. If sgts want to be ssgts get them to post roll calls and such. Fun is key. KSI isn't about who's better then who, it's about kicking back and having fun.find a way to not always be a a bad guy. Make sure to nominate "of the month" awards on the forums. Don't message co founders or 7's or the gen from 12-5 am. Make sure going to an officer early morning hours are very important.

This week will be a 3v3 jouse tournament on smite on the xb1, smite is a free game so let's spread the word. It starts at 8pm est on September 17th. The following week will be both a Cod: Ghost ffa on the 360 & a Halo 5 FFA on the xb1 on Saturday the 24th

This weeks weekly update will be switched up a bit, there gonna have KSI's first ever Happy hour. It will be Friday 8pm est on twitch, Monday will be the new date for Weekly update, it will be revamped into a more of a preview & review at 8pm est.

If you haven't already looked there's a new department join section where the applications for all departments will be. Right Now the aap, news & marketing are currently hiring.

Lead 101
The first class for lead 101 has been hosted, with the next sign ups being Tuesday at 8pm est. If you didn't sign up for week one don't fret you can still sign up for week 2 but the people who attended week one will get the invites first.

Directors are looking into the clubs for KSI please don't make any yet until they figure it out they think it's something promising for KSI

From here on out 7 days will be an automatic rank suspension, if your like in the hospital & can't communicate they could lift the RS but other then that it will stick. If your level 3 or higher make sure members are getting on there g14's.

 Forms anniversary
It's on the 28th of September. On oct 1st there will be a huge long event as well as weekend warfare with the first destiny week warfare lots of big stuff like favorite memory and more!

This is the last class of the lead 101. Happens this Tuesday sign ups will be posted tonight. They're working on setting up more classes if you missed them this time.  

G14
Check the leaders list all the time. Do not let anyone get to 7 days of being offline. Use the g14 to your advantage. Make sure privates are being trained. Cpls are being motivated to change their names to become sgts
Imperium is working on setting up a g14 class to help people who are having trouble or need help use it effectively.
