To the people who lost there accounts go ahead and make a new account and then pm worstplayer on the forums wirh a link to a post your old account made so he can recover it and merge it into your new account.

GRM

As of last week GRM is officially back on our blacklist please make sure all your members are aware of this. There was a bit of confusion about a message sent out about GRM BRUTUS, GRM beare and GRM Blueeyedkit they themselves are not blacklisted they have joined a blacklisted community so all ties must be cut with them. If you notice anyone changing there name to GRM or adding GRM members please let your 7's know immediatly.

Inactive members

Now that the Access Denied is more stable the directors will be sitting down divisions 7 staff to go through the Access Denied and look for inactive members. Please remember that we want true numbers so try to keep up with actively fluffing inactive members.

Weekend warfare

This Saturday, January 16th, Weekend Warfare will be on the Xbox One with a GTA V Muscle Car show. It will be at 8PM EST. Sign-Ups are under the Tournaments and Events section on the forums. Any ?'s message KSI HAVOC 7 or any T&E Staff member

weekend warfare, 360 halo 4 2v2 swat 8pm est, XB1 halo 5 3v3 at 8pm est

7 vs viewers will be Friday on bo2 at 8pm est, it will be streamed on twitch

We need too start pushing the weekly goal of recruits. 5 recruits per week.

We got through too the higher ups, interacting with other divisions are gonna be pushed by the higher ups.

LW notes:

Congrats too everyone on hitting the record high 86 members on the recruit tag at one time.

Make sure were double checking recruit tag when training up too a pvt.

Recruits will stay on the tag for about 2 weeks if they don't get trained off they will be removed.

Make sure no matter officer before or not they are shadowed while training people off the recruit tag.

Saying racial slurs or discrimination is a 0 tolerance thing in LW. it will he an automatic rank suspension.

The coc says we don't leave any members behind. No matter what rank we do the best we can too make sure they are fully supported.

Make sure meeting notes are posted on time.

Roll call Wednesday is something that we wanna make sure is an important thing in LW.

KSI Scotland 7 will be hosting AAP workshops that he would like every 7 too attend,

There should be a section on the forums in all the divisions labeling the security risked and black listed communitys so members can always see just in case they run into someone who has been blacklisted or security risked.

Stats and goals, its very important that we do our stats correctly. Make sure your squad tag and G14 match up.

Make sure you guys are giving the messages needed on the Squad tags.

We have too keep up with our fluff, especially If your squad is coming up too a split.

There has been confusion about the SSGT rank. It is too be used for a officer in training.

Be sure too maintain professionalism no matter what we do. This goes for all ranks.

Seniors gave us a shout out about all the divisions numbers increasing.

Multi-divisional Game nights are too be pushed. We can set up a multi-divisional game night with Division.

Any one who is invoked solely with the xbox 1 needs to be transferred to Caesar via KSI warden. He gives the final say if they transfer. This needs to be done in one week, with squad tags and G14 updated.

Squads, stats and goals need to be posted on Tuesday. If you can post on this day get with KSI COLLECTOR 7.

If you forget to post you will be rank suspended and tags will be pulled.

When volunteering for responsibilities fulfill your duties. When others pick up your slack they often feel over worked. If you are unable to do your duties please step down.

Gen's are suppose to be able to do all of the jobs from staff sargents up. Gens who sit back and let every one else do the work will not be nominated for co-founder. Generals need to step up game.

Recently we have come across some issues where people were being told that a senior said something when it was not true. If anyone ever says the seniors have made a decision do not believe it unless you hear it from the seniors themselves. If the seniors want you to know something they will contact you not send someone to tell you.

Productions Team, News Team, and History Team

Productions news team and history are always hiring so make sure if your interested to check out there sections on the forums.

PVT

We really need to focus on getting these privates promoted up to cpl or fluffed out. I'd you have a private that will not respond to you they need to be removed. We want true numbers not fake numbers with people just sitting on tags not being active

Security Threats

We need to make sure all of our members know the security risked and blacklisted communities. It is especially important that anyone who has the ability to recruit understands who not to recruit.

Recruit Tag

Make sure that everyone is using the recruit tag properly. According to our SoP a recruit needs to remain on the recruit tag 48 hours before they are eligible to be trained off. This is mandatory for all divisions.

We finally it 4,000 members! That's a huge accomplishment that deserves recognition. Everyone has been doing an amazing job to reach this goal now let's shoot for 4,500 members! Please remember that pulling in recruits is amazing but we still need to focus on member retention and keeping these new members active and involved with there squad!

Weekend Warfare will be a free for all on halo 5 on the xbox one on Saturday at 8 pm eastern. Sign up in the t&e section on the forums if anyone has any questions contact KSI HAVOC 7 or any T&E staff memebers

LW Notes

Generals, and CPT's is your responsibility to send out a minimum of 3 messages (SGT/CPL workshop, Squad meeting, and Weekend Warfare) or more

Give 24 hour notice. It'll get them prepared for meetings

Make sure your G14 and your squad tag are matching. It makes us look bad if they don't match. Sunday is the last day to have everything situated with squad tags and G14s.

Everyone's been doing good withvnot involving the 7's in small drama. The more you don't get the 7's involved makes it look like you have your squad under control.

The people that are leading the squad make sure you're communicating and sending out messages on your squad tags about gamenights and

shoutouts.

Participate in the weekend warfare and the director battle. Have some fun. Try to participate in all the cool events within KSI.

Make sure there aren't simple mistakes on the recruit tag. make sure you double check. Push out recruiting. We need to grow as a division. We shouldn't need a prize to motivate us. Make sure the recruits have their settings right. Make sure that they don't have alot of the same community on their friends list. Make sure there isn't any security risked or black listed people on the new recruit's friends list.

Keep hosting recruiting gamenights every other week.

Try hosting gamenights on other games. Mix it up a bit. Just because your squad is on BO2 or Destiny doesn't mean you have to strictly have gamenights on there.

Jump on the forums and start getting involved with the stuff that going on there. Join in on some topics, and meet some people.

It is against our coc to license transfer with anyone. Please do not ask others to license transfer or offer your own content to be license transfered. Any memebers caught doing so will have to talk with the seniors about it so please let everyone know.

Forums activity and kik

A reminder officers in KSI need to have an active forums account , and also we are not a kik community you should not be sending your recruits straight to the kik chat your should be sending them to the forums , if your division is hurting forums activity wise then you should be limiting the kik activity to match.

Spirit Week

Spirit Week is getting closer and closer . So we need to getting teams up for it in you divisions .You need to plan ahead and get your teams ready . Because it will be here sooner then you know.

Working with others

We need to make sure that we are working efficiently with others . Although we may not get along with everyone in this community we have to work together in a respectable Manor .If there is an issue between you and someone else please try to get a higher up leader to moderate a sit down between the two of you and talk it out.

The marketing team has a new section on the forums where they would like members to post screenshots of gamenights lobbies or final game score boards so if you want to show off make sure you go post your screenshots .

There has been alot of disrespect going round especially when it comes to conversations directed towards leaders . You may not always like what a leader says or does but there is a proper way to go about confronting or talking to a leader . If disrespect continues actions will be taken.

Participation:

Start participating in Weekend Warfare and 7s vs viewers. It's mandatory. It's fun, you can play with other divisions and meet new people. Everything gets posted on our social media pages. Encourage other members to sign up for Weekend Warfare. Take them to the Head Hunters section on the forums and sign up, be active within KSI.

Gamenights:

It is mandatory for all officers to throw a gamenight once a week. Pick out any day you want that you're free. It'll keep activity within your squad. Also you can host a gamenight on LW Fun Night and it'll count for your one gamenight a week.

With LW Fun Night you can host whatever type of gamenight you want. You can even host a Netflix movie night and it'll count as a gamenight.

You can even host a comedy night for LW Fun Night.

Any officer that goes 2 weeks without throwing a gamenight it's an automatic rank suspension.

Keep recruiting, there isn't really much recruits anymore. Sure incentives are nice and all, but we shouldn't need incentives. There isn't much declines. Everyone's doing a pretty good job and double checking before sending their recruits to the tag.

Make sure you go over the black listed and security risked communities during recruiting workshops and gamenights.

Spotlight of the week:

Generals send out a message every week on the squad tag for member of the week to show appreciation for your members/officers. This will show some positive messages instead of always those negative security risked or black listed messages.

It Finally time for our fifth annual KSI Spirit Week!

What you Need to Know about the Event

KSI's 5th annual Spirit week will take place Wednesday June 22nd - Sunday June 26th

Prizes Will be awarded to the Top 3 Division of KSI on the 26th of june and each individual event winners will recieve a prize for securing points towards there division.

Points are to be given as followed

First place, 3 points

Second place 2 points

Third place 1 point

All participating Division recieve 1 additional point for coming out to represent their peeps!

What to prepare for:

Wednesday: Opening Ceremony, Forums Challenge (24 hour event)

Thursday: Karaoke ( 2 people per division, 45 second time frame, plan on using skype)

Friday: Halo Reach (3 person teams, plan for any style of game, final info to be relased a week prior to spirit week

Friday: Black ops 2 (4v4, plan for any style of game, final info to be released a week prior to spirit week)

Any individual who wins a prize during Spirit Week must follow the directions given to them by event host to claim their prize within 7 days (one week) from the end of Spirit Week.

If a member/team quits during participating in any tournament/event during Spirit Week, it will result in a Handicapped match,
