RECRUITMENT & TRAINING GUIDE

Once a message has been sent out to the member/members asking if they would like to join KSI  , the following
below is how to correctly Recruit a new member to your squad. 

This is what I send to members asking them if they would like to join. If you would like to use it to, then feel free too
( Hii interested in playing halo with a great group of people and being part of an awesome community!!! If so send me a message :D )

Now for the Good part  

1. Talk to the potential new recruit, make sure he/she is mature and of the correct age to even join KSI ( 16+ PLUS FOR GZ ) If 15 and birthday is less than a month away please speak to your Generals first.

2. Lowest Rank to recruit is a SGT ( CPL'S or below must ask a SGT or higher to Recruit and train the potential new member )

3. Background check , Check the potential new recruits friends list for any blacklisted communities , check for any members that have a prefix E.G ABC DUFFS , if the potential recruit do have members on there friends list with prefix's that are all the same prefix , send them to the join app on http://www.ksiforums.org/forum/238-join-ksi/ ( any questions seek a SSGT or Higher )

4. Ensure the Potential recruit has a Gamerscore of 1000+ , if they do not find out why , compare games see if they primarily just play halo if so then carry on the process . If they have a variety of games they play don't recruit them as it will just end up putting fluff in your squad . Good active quality fun recruits is what your squads need  

5. Make sure the member has XBOX LIVE GOLD , if they are on a Silver tag they cannot be recruited.

6. Explain the KSI Code of Conduct clearly ( MAKE SURE TO READ THIS BEFORE CARRING ON THE PROCESS. ) Make sure the player agrees to all of KSI's standards and is respectful.

In order to maintain the high standards and ideals of KSI Global, all members MUST understand and abide by the following “Code of Conduct”

1.Every KSI member must read and understand the Xbox Live® Terms of Service and Code of Conduct

2.KSI does not tolerate discrimination, racism, or harassment, by or towards, any member of KSI in any situation.

3.Leaders within KSI are responsible for: the organization of all squad matches and practices, posting match scores, maintaining professional game play during squad matches, as well as oversight and evaluation of performance and behavior of lower ranking members.

4.A KSI member: NEVER LEAVES ANOTHER KSI MEMBER BEHIND.

5.All members have an “Open Door Policy” to speak with Leaders and Founders on any issues or with any ideas. But still impress the responsibility to report to the appropriate leaders within the KSI Chain of Command.

6.A KSI member takes pride in his or her membership and is encouraged but not forced to change their gamer tag to reflect KSI.

7.KSI members must maintain a professional manner and attitude during play as well as within lobby chat in order to represent KSI as a positive gaming community.

8.KSI members are not permitted to be a part of any other gaming community, team, or clan other than KSI.

9.The lowest allowed age to be recruited into KSI is: 15 (-KSI Senior Leadership reserves the right to remove any member regardless of age-)

10.The list of prohibited activities includes, but is not limited to: Illegal Drugs, Software Alteration, Modding of Games, Console Manipulation, Other Forms of Piracy, Racketeering, Money laundering, Blackmail, Murder, Child Pornography, Prostitution, Bestiality, Incest, Slavery, Fraud, Cannibalism, Theft, Vigilantism, Harassment, and Acts of Treason.

ALL KSI MEMBERS ARE EXPECTED TO HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THE KSI “CODE OF CONDUCT”.
Members who violate any portion of the KSI Code of Conduct may be subject to removal from this community at any time.

7. Ensure the security settings are completed

    - PROFILE VEIWING SET TO ( EVERYBODY )

    - PROFILE SHARING SET TO ( EVERYBODY )

    - FREINDS LIST SET TO ( FRIENDS ONLY )

8. Give instructions on how they acquire their KSI uniforms.

   This includes:

• Motto - KSI PRIDE GZ RCT / KSI TITAN GZ RCT  / KSI BRAVERY GZ RCT
• Bio - Recruited by XXXX on DD/MM/YYYY , WWW.KSIFORUMS.ORG

9 . Uniform ( Halo )

• Service tag - PRCT
• Spartan armour colours - ( Primary ) Gunmetal ( Secondary ) Squad Colour

10. Make sure you get the recruit to add the KSI GZ Recruit + Tag , if you dont get them too add this all your hard work you just put in is going to be worth nothing. Make sure you do it !!!!!

11. Send a message to all of your squad and leadership about congratulating ( your new recruit ) into KSI and spamming them with some love , lotion and a friend request .

Once you have complete all this you have succesfully recruited your new member , Well done !

This is where you could talk to you new recruit and play with them get them too add some of the squad members

and get some members to add them.

You should mention the KSI GZ facebook page as well as the WWW.KSIFORUMS.ORG page to them also tell them about the Squad KIK chats and give them the assitance they need if they need it to sign up.
