RECRUITING SCRIPT

First I would like to thank you for showing an interest in KSI. KSI stands for Knowledge, Strength, and Integrity. We are a community of gamers that are working towards creating a respectable gaming environment for all gamers and having a fun experience doing so. As a community we strive to live up to a set of  standards. This being said, we must first begin to familiarize our potential recruits with the rules and

 standards that provide the foundation and structure that sets us apart from any other community online. Please understand that this is a video game and our number one priority is the enjoyment of it, but we do have rules and procedures that are taken seriously to protect and expand the gaming experience of our members.

This is the Code of Conduct

 

 

 

 At this point, we will review the Code of Conduct and its rules. If you have any questions about the CoC, please stop me in the speech or review the official version found on the forums after you have been granted access to the website.

 

 

 

1. Every KSI member must read and understand the Xbox Live® Terms of Service and Code of Conduct. In order for you to be here, you have already agreed you’ve done this.

 

 

 

 2. KSI does not tolerate discrimination, racism, or harassment, by or towards, any member of KSI in any situation.

 

 We maintain a standard of respect among our members. Violations of this policy are considered among the most severe in KSI.

 

These include, but are not limited to:

 

 - Excessive taunting or making fun of a person’s playing ability

 

 - Racism

 

 - Offensive Slurs or Derogatory Remarks, Threats

 

 - Screaming or any other form of disruptive microphone behavior, Excessive foul language

 

 - Discrimination or the use of any word that can describe ones sexual orientation or their nationality

 

 We are here to be supportive to all players. All members are expected to maintain a professional and respectful attitude at all times, even if others around you are not.

 

 

 

3. Leaders within KSI are responsible for: the organization of all squad matches and practices, posting match scores, maintaining professional game play during squad matches, as well as oversight and evaluation of performance and behavior of lower ranking members.

 

 

 

4. A KSI member: NEVER LEAVES ANOTHER KSI MEMBER BEHIND.

 

 Members may not appear offline or have their motto hidden from the community during any KSI function. Players should not be booted or forcibly removed from a party unless they have first been asked to leave and refused. Quitting a game out of frustration or anger, and not informing a team mate that they need to back out, is considered unsportsmanlike conduct and unbecoming of a KSI member. All are considered in violation of the CoC.

 

 

 

5. All members have an “Open Door Policy” to speak with Leaders and Founders on any issues or with any ideas. But still impress the responsibility to report to the appropriate leaders within the KSI Chain of Command.

 

 

 

 6. A KSI member takes pride in his or her membership and is encouraged but not forced to change their gamer tag to reflect KSI. Recruits will not be allowed to join if their gamertag, motto, or bio includes anything that is deemed to be of a sexual nature or has to do with any and all illegal drugs, whether it is explicitly spelled out or implied. Also, gamertags CAN NOT end with a space then the number 7. This is reserved to indicate upper leadership. If a member changes his/her gamertag while in KSI and it does not follow the CoC, the member shall have an opportunity to change their gamertag. If the member refuses, they will be removed from KSI.

 

 

 

7. KSI members must maintain a professional manner and attitude during play as well as within lobby chat in order to represent KSI as a positive gaming community. We expect every member to display honesty, fairness, and integrity at all times. Honesty is one of the cornerstone principles of KSI. Any form of dishonesty is considered to be a serious violation of the CoC and is not acceptable within the community. We also have a Drug and Alcohol policy, and ask members refrain from discussing anything illegal in nature while gaming with, or without the community. We also ask that members present themselves in a professional manner at all times.

 

 

 

8. KSI members are not permitted to be a part of any other gaming community, team, or clan other than KSI. Member poaching, clan hitting or any other destructive act directed toward KSI or any other gaming community is strictly prohibited.

 

 

 

9. The lowest allowed age to be recruited into KSI is: 15 (-KSI Senior Leadership reserves the right to remove any member regardless of age-)

 

 

 

10.A list of prohibited activities include, but are not limited to: Illegal Drugs, Software Alteration, Modding of Games, Console Manipulation, Other Forms of Piracy, Racketeering, Money laundering, Blackmail, Murder, Child Pornography, Prostitution, Bestiality, Incest, Slavery, Fraud, Cannibalism, Theft, Vigilantism, Harassment, and Acts of Treason.

 

 

 

We are not trying to control what you do in your personal life, we do ask that you do not talk about it online or share it with another member in any form.

 

 

 

ALL KSI MEMBERS ARE EXPECTED TO HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THE KSI “CODE OF CONDUCT”.

 

Members who violate any portion of the KSI Code of Conduct may be subject to removal from this community at any time.

Go to your Xbox home page

Move Thumbstick left showing you your snap bar

Move down and click on your settings (the gear) then click on ALL SETTINGS

Account----Privacy and online safety---view details and customize

Others cansee your Xbox profile (Everybody)

Others can see your friends list (Friends Only)

You can see details about other people (Everybody)

 

 

Members are asked to be active on forums. Please go there and create an account and look around and introduce yourself there to the other members and start making new friends. If you need any assistance, please, let us know and we will get you thru it.

Go back to Snap Bar---Find someone  *KSI TI Recruit

Have them send a message saying hi recruit for (squad)

 

Now, let me say WELCOME to the KSI. I hope you enjoy spending time with us!

 

 

 

 (Notify your Gen and a member of the welcoming committee in your div of your new recruit so a welcoming notice can be sent out over squad tag and to other squads as well. Include the correct spelling of their gamertag.)

 

 

 

Go and play with your recruit, try to introduce them to some other members and have fun. Remember, keep up the good work and keep the recruits coming!
