Covered methods for bringing in new recruits, as well as proper procedure for the recruitment process, gave all members of the seminar the script for recruitment along with the Code of Conduct for ease of access at a later date.

Also covered how to integrate new recruits into the squad, making them feel welcome and sending messages to either the Squad tag or General alongside the KSI TI Welcoming Committee to make them feel welcome in both the squad and community as a whole.

  -creating a recruiting message

  -getting to know recruit and game with them

-Proper security check gamerscore (500+) friends (20+) 

-Asking age (Do not tell recruit age requirement when asking) verify with birth date

-Went over C.O.C.

-How to set up location and bio 

-Went over profile settings (update on friends being viewable by all till trained to Pvt)
