To do this, press the middle button on your controller to bring "Xbox Guide." Go down to "Messages" and click on it. Go to "Create New" and then click on "Message." From here, a list of your friends and recent players will pop up. Go down to the first recent player and click on him/her. After this, click on "Change Gamertags." A list of your friends and recent players will pop again, but this time there will be square boxes to the left of everyone's name. Go down the list and put a checkmark in the box of everyone that you want to send a message to. After that, hit back and got to either "Add Voice" or "Add Text" (this is personal preference.) Then, send out your message. When you get a message back from a recent player asking to join, pull them into a party. From here you want to perform a security check. Wednesday's are our Recruiting Workshops and Friday's are our squad meetings. Make sure to inform your recruit that while they are not required to change their gamertag to have KSI in it, they will not rank up past CPL without doing so. Make sure to also inform your recruit that if they do change their gamertag that they need to refrain from putting and explicit language or vulgarity in it and from putting a 7 at the end of it.
