First Guild Meeting

Introduction to KSI: 

• Explained what KSI 
• read CoC to all members who attended.
• Also explained how to be an officer in the guild.

Raid nights

• All members with atleast 680 Ilvl will be welcomed to come raid.
• After two to three weeks of raiding, each member will be evaluated and split up into teams.
• The Best of the Best will for a team to push harder content and the other raiders will form teams to push content at their own pace.
• All member must attend raids to keep their position.
• If you are going to miss, let someone know. Discord has a mobile app so let someone know through there. 

Events

• Events will be held weekly.
• Prize give aways will be determined by how much the guild gets in gold donations.
• Will speak to the leaders of KSI in possibly getting a WoW event for Spirit Week.
• Meetings will be every thursday in Discord and must meet up in Razorhill in-game lol.

Forums

• Everybody should sign up on the forums and get familiar with the rest of KSI.
• Officers are to be active and report in 4 times a week
• if you need help with anything contact KSI Mpliers 7 on the forums.

Intro

• Explained what KSI is and about our rules. 
• Explained how to become an officer
• History of KSI

Contest for the Guild

• This contest will take place on June 11th at 8pm Est. Will go on until someone figures out the location.
• I will tweet out a riddle for you guys to solve, you then have to go find the location i am talking about in the game world and take a screenshot or selfie there. You then must send it to me in a tweet. First person to get it correct will win the prize.
• You will have a choice of one of three prizes:

1. Any Blizzard store mount of choice
2. Any 2 store pets of choice
3. 2 months world of warcraft game time

• If there is a tie then i will come up with a way to break that tie.
• I will be doing more of these types of contest for guild members only.
• If you have any ideas for contest please fee free to share.

Raiding Testing

• Tested everyone's Burst DPS and Sustained DPS
• Everyone who showed up today to test their DPS did well for their gear. Only things holding you back were your trinkets for the most part. We will run mythic dungeons to help those get the trinkets that are needed. 

Spirit Week

• Will be taking place June 22nd - 26nd
• There will be multiple different tournaments, if you own a xbox 360 or xbox one message me for list of tournaments
• If you into video making there will be a competition for who makes the best spirit week video.
• The guild started too late to take part in spirit week. Will try to have something next year for us.

Departments Recruiting

• News team is looking for writers
• Productions team is always looking for more video creators.

Events:

• Guild giveaway June 10th.
• PvP night Friday nights with overhealz.
• Old raid nights. will put the events up.

Raids:

• Raids will be beginning next tuesday. Sign up to participate 
• be at least 680ilvl
• Read up on your class. be ready to listen to instruction during raids.
• It will be a 20m raid.

Spirit week

• If you own a Xbox and wish to participate in spirit week let me know.

Web ops Dept:

• Productions is recruiting
• Graphics is recruiting
• news team is recruiting.

There wasn't much to go over. next week there will be more.
