LW welcome commitee mission statement

We are the LW Welcoming Committee. We are here to do many things. Obviously, our primary purpose is to ensure people feel welcomed. That is, however, merely the tip of the iceberg. We will work with the leaders of LW to create a very welcoming environment, and will ensure those members know their way around KSI, both in clan ops and web ops. We will introduce new members to people in their respective squad and throughout LW. We hope to increase to increase the communication, and make it more effective and efficient throughout LW; this will happen by officers working together on achieving the goals of the LW welcoming committee. We will ensure members know about KSI’s and LW’s social media. We will also get back with members who have been in KSI for a week or so to get their perspectives on KSI, doing this will allow us to understand how KSI is doing and how we can improve. The LW Welcoming Committee aims to increase the forums activity in LW over time, for we will show new members how to use the forums, and we will ensure they know how to post in their respective squad chat and the LW division chat. Most of all the LW welcoming committee will strive to achieve the goals of the 7’s in LW, and most of all create a fun and safe environment.
