Go over the Rank Structure Review Settings: Changing your settings: Xbox One Style privacy and online safety: view details and customize Profile 1.Online status & history Others can see if you're online: Everybody 2.Viewing Profile: Others can see your xbox profile: Everybody you can see details about other people: Everybody 3.Friends and clubs Others can see your friends list: friends only 4.Communication & multiplayer Others can communicate with voice, text, or invites: Everybody KSI Rank Structure: Recruit---basic starting rank---denotes that they are still on the recruit tag Private---after being trained off the recruit club/tag this is the new rank Corporal---This rank is achieved after attending your first meeting (Fridays 8pm est) Sergeant---Rank achieved after changing your name to reflect KSI (ex. KSI FluffyDuck) This Rank also allows for recruiting of new members into KSI Staff Sergeant---Position to begin training as an officer Lieutenant (1-4)---This is first officer rank and allows for training of new rectuits off of the recruit tag, they also resolve issues among KSI members when disputes arise and also oversee SGT's and lower Captain(1-4)---This rank is the top officer, they train, can host a headhunters team, they also resolve issues that a LT. cannot. Also responsible for holding game nights (any rank can do this with permission) And lastly oversee all ranks under them. General--- The highest rank next to a 7. Oversee squad, do promotions, and make descisions for the squad. Along with updating the Access Denieds and the squad tag and hold meetings as well. After going through all the ranks you can transition to the 7's. The 7's are anyone with rankwise above a general. (examples of this are Azrael 7 and CyaKnight 7) They are all co-founder or higher in rank. They all need to be respected at all times. (ie. If your in a party with them do not yell, cuss to much, or make discriminatory comments) *Changing their Motto and Bio* Motto: KSI (squad name here) FI PVT Bio: Trained by (Insert Gamertag) on (Date here) Motto ex. KSI Cyanide TI PVT Bio ex. Recruited by KSI FluffyDuck on 1/1/16 Trained by KSI Lez Kat 7 on 1/2/16 Next step is to have them leave from the club or remove the squad tag. Then have them add their squad tag (ex. KSI CyanideTI) Let them know that they can view all members of their squad from this tag and make new friends and meet new people in their Gaming Community. Last step is to double check their motto and bio to make sure everything is correct and that they have removed the Recruit tag. Let them know that they will be accepted to the squad tag within 24-48 hours. *KSI Forums* Web Address --- www.ksiforums.org This is a valuable guide to KSI and an amazing tool. Tell them to sign up ASAP and guide them through the forums to their squad page if necessary. *Meeting Times* Importance of a Meeting are valuable to the squads to gain information and also promotions in rank. Squad Meetings---Sundays (Time negotiable depending on work and school schedules of other squad mates) SGT and CPL meetings on Saturdays (Time negotiable) for recruit training. Cyanide meetings 8pm est on Fridays Q&A Ask if they have questions over anything that has been gone over, or any other questions they have about KSI or the Squad. If you do not have an answer you can either direct them to the forums or ask your General or other higher ranking officers. (For person who is doing the training) add one to number you have trained into your bio and you are done. Ex.
