You can spread it out in like $20.00 payment if you would like. Also donation will put you in a a VIP Areas in the forums. Like I said it's optional. The Week 1 Class will be the Basic Training Workshop KSI Donation Drive If KSI has made a difference in your life and you want to make a greater difference in the community, please consider donating to KSI. Every donation that KSI receives is immediately put toward tournaments, events and site upgrades that improve the KSI experience for all members. “The members are KSI’s driving force, and this donation drive is an opportunity to play a larger role in creating the future of KSI,” Chief Operating Officer KSI ImPyyy 7 said. “We’re continuing our efforts to make our events and support structure bigger and better than ever, and every donation goes toward that goal.” The emphasis of this drive is improving the swag we will be giving away for Spirit Week, as well as making some necessary improvements to our server/sites. However, no donation drive has ever had the rewards and incentives this drive has. During the current donation drive, any member who donates $75 or more will receive their own customized group on the forums, complete with unique color and sprite image next to their display name and be eligible for an upcoming VIP only event. This VIP only event will happen during Spirit Week, and details will be released soon when the Spirit Week 2018 schedule is released. Should you feel usual donations are too much, but still want to contribute, you can subscribe to our Twitch channel, KSILive. All subscribers will still receive a Twitch Sub award, the “I heart️ KSILive” group, and be entered into the VIP only event at Spirit Week. This new div-based HoF will act similar to the OTMs and will take place during and leading up to Spring Break and Fall Classic. Each division can have up to 3 members inducted into the HoF per event at a maximum per the AAPs discretion. A forums topic will be created within the next 2 weeks for people to go nominate their choices for Div HoF inductees. There will be a format posted in the topic that all nominations must follow, and each nominator may only nominate one person from the division. The first inductions will be announced the last day of fall classic. Nominations will begin August 20th and last until mid - September. Fall Classic: Fall Classic is right around the corner! A time frame is yet to be set but you can expect a spectacular kick-off to the season with tournaments, streams, Divisional Hall of Fame, and more! Discord: The first beta test has begun and was accomplished without any chats being deleted and most roles just being modified to fit the system. We will have a week of testing and bug fixes, and then we will choose 1-2 more divisions to update. Our goal is to get the role system in every division before September. Divisional Transfers: Make sure that when you are looking at possible transfer to your division that you take into account a few things. First, always pay attention to the volume of transfers you are getting from specific squads or divisions. If you notice an excess number of transfer from a squad or a division to your division that should be investigated. Second, when accepting transfers you should take into account not only the applicants side of why they transferred, but also the divisions. Every applicant should be interviewed and every division leader should communicate openly regarding the transfer whether it is incoming or outgoing. Rejoin and Join Area: If you are a Founder or higher you should check the join area regularly to ensure apps are being commented on and updated. All applicants should be interviewed before a stance is posted. Consolidating/Strengthening Squads: It Is imperative for divisional growth and solidarity that merging a squad is not viewed as a negative or “defeat” in a sense. The reason people enjoy being a part of squad is due to activity, friendships, and strong leadership. Dying squads only cause poor relationships and negative perspective of clan experience. Spreading Positivity: Often times in clan ops we get too hung up on the work aspect of KSI and the negatives that can come with it. Remember that we are all people who just want to game and have fun at the end of the day, so take time outs to relax, build new relationships, and praise those members of the division who do great things for the members. (7s) Consolidating · FI and CD will be merging to form a new, to be named, division that will be headed by KSI Skarzx 77. This transition is the best route for both divisions and we believe that it will greatly impact both member bases for the better to come together as one. (7s) Fluff · We should continue to weed out fluff and inactive members from our divisions and squads, as well as make sure that we are promoting and fluffing privates. Squad notes: Our goal is getting five new recruits each week. If you find people that you like gaming with and they meet the requirements and they are quality people ask them if they would like to join you dont have to be a SGT to ask people just have to have a SGT or higher in the party to recruit them for you. We have a lot of changes coning to FI all will be good for our div. Healthy squads make healthy divisions, which open up many opportunities for the division to accomplish a lot of things. 7’s and squads alike can all play their parts to help the division flow. Goal Tracking/Achievement: It has been a recent trend across the community to set goals that will better help the division in the long run in a multitude of different ways. While this is excellent, progress towards a goal does not count as its completion and should not be mistaken as a complete success. With that, it is imperative to track divisional goals week to week addressing the reasoning the division did or did not achieve the goal while formulating a plan to improve and further progress. With that, a new structure/rubric will be provided for weekly 7s meeting notes to be filled out, submitted, and discussed each week. Discord Safety: Divisional 7 staffs, please remain vigilant in watching your discord servers. At least once a month, 7’s should come through the members in their server to make sure that discord tags are recognizable and can be associated with the members listed on Omega. Join/Rejoin Area: From this point on, the lowest rank eligible to post up proxy join or rejoin applications will be a General. Please make sure that you are posting proxy applications for the right reasons. For example, if someone is confused on how to submit an application on the forums, take the opportunity to train them on how to do so. **Department Notes** Produtions * Productions is looking for Dedicated Streamers from any Division . Weather it be game nights or workshops/meetings if the party gets full make another party to accommodate the excess member's. Never be satisfied with a full lobby go above and beyond that. No one while they are in our community should have the feeling of being ignored or alone if they feel that way let's change that perspective. Also invite members appearing offline just in case they are not really appearing offline and Xbox is being awful. Squad Notes: So some of you have been told already or may have heard but CD is merging with our DIV and we are making a whole new div and going to be rocking it. Our new DIV is Sovereign Legacy (SL) and we are waiting to see which squad name out of the 5 we had the highest votes on is available. This will be coming soon. Soon as we get that figured out your officers and I will be getting with eat and everyone of you to get you profiles fixed to represent our new div and new squad name. Its going to be very exciting. We will be getting new members to hang out and game with as well which is also a lot of fun. We can not wait. Make sure to be adding each other this is how you will have more people to game with so when ever you get in a party with each other add each other we are all in the same squad we are all really chill love gaming and having fun just chilling with each other. If you see we are in an open party do not be afraid to jump in with us we don't bite and we are always glad to have you. We will be sending invites out as well but sometimes we all get rrally involved in our games and forget to look right away so join in. Even if someone is not on the same game never know they might join in on the game your on or want someone to hang out with. We all join a community to have other people to chill or game with. Even if party is on invite only shoot a message we will invite you. If you have an issue with another member whether they are in our squad or division or not please come to one your officers or myself instead of fighting with them. Kindly mute them or back out the party come to us we will get the situation worked out that is what we are here for. Please do not fight with them. On another note I am very proud of all our memners you guys are doing a great job. We are currently sitting at 60 members just in our squad keep up the good work. We met our weekly goal of new members matter of fact we went above and beyond. Instead of 5 new recruits in one week we got ten so he'll yea everyone. If you have someone that might be interested in joining KSI invite them to play in one of our game nights friends are allowed to attend as well. This shows them how much fun we have and that they will have a lot of as well. Worst case they will say no there worst things in life than a no. Game night Monday night with KSIFallingleafy on mine craft so interested in joining get with him its a whole lot of fun. Also gamenight on b04 with KSI TAZZ re6 8pm est on thit's day night along with WW2 game night Thursday 5 pm est with myself KSI ROCKDOGG for thlse who dont have b04 or would rather play ww2 love to see you guys there will be a lot of fun. It’s imperative as a community that we maintain high standards in this area to ensure the safety of our members. Chain of Command - It’s important that we follow the chain of command when handling issues. Keeping everyone in the loop while also keeping issues at the right leadership level to deal with it. Another important part of this is always approaching the leaders in your chain first before approaching anyone involved or anyone else, this prevents spreading of rumors, and lets leadership control the narrative so that no false information is circulated. Fall Classic- For those who won prizes in the fall classic, please make sure to use the Ops server for divisional prizes as channels have been made to help this endeavor. For any individual prizes please PM KSI Ace 7 on the forums. Divisions have until Turkey Bowl to claim their prizes, but the preferred method is that they are claimed sooner than later!
