T&E Staff applications will always be open from now on, this is so all the divisions can be included in the T&E staff. 

Hiring:

News Team, Productions, Graphic, History Team, and T&E are hiring, To join one of these Departments then you must go to the “Join a Department” section on the forums. 

News Competition:

This month, the news competition will be an open-ended poetry competition. Any style of poetry is acceptable, the poem just must be about KSI. This competition will end on August 27th. The post with the most votes will win a $15 Microsoft card as well as a new award, to be announced. 

Graphic Competition: 

Make a KSI signature for any KSI member and then post it for the contest. For more information on this please visit the Forums and go to the “Graphics” area then select “Sig of the Week”

Lead Class:

KSI VeRiiTaS 7 will be hosting a Lead 101 week 5 class this Monday the 21st at 8pm est.

KSI Bearded 7 will be hosting a Lead 101 week 1 class this next Tuesday, the 29th, at 8 pm est.

KSI  W1cked 7 will be hosting a Lead 101 week 1 class on September the 18th.

Happy Hour:

On August 18th, there will be a Town Hall on GTA V at 8:30pm est.

Twitch: There are three tiers of donations that are monthly -- $5, $10, and $25. For the $5 donation, KSI receives $2.50. We are getting custom emotes created for each tier that you can utilize in the Twitch chat. There are also other perks that will be coming out in the coming weeks. You can subscribe to KSILive at no cost. That means KSI gets $2.50 a month from you and you don't even have to pay anything. The money we get goes right into keeping the sites up and providing prizes and perks to the members. 100% of donations go right back into KSI. Donating money through Twitch at $5, $10, or $25 a month will allow you to get the VIP "I <3 KSI" group.

News In Depth:

• Newly posted (Last Week)- KSI News Event Thread. Post up any promotions, events and relevant divisional things.

• News teams 1-2 goal for all divisions participation.

• So You Think You Can Write (Closes 10/27/17) Trick or Treat is the topic. Write Right award will be given to the winner. 31st the winner will be announced.

Departments:

• Please remember that ALL of these departments are hiring- T&E, News, Graphics, History, Productions, Marketing,

• Marketing applications close October 30.

• Court applications close October 28th.

• Productions Upload Studio Montage Competition is still up for about another week or so. 7's shouldn't be afraid to post montages either.

Marketing In Depth:

• FI, EO, DL, and DR still need members ideally to accomplish the 1-2 member per division ratio.

• Marketing isn't a sales or product department.

• Meant to market KSI events.

• More information has been posted in the join department area.

HR Workshops and Moving Forward:

• Still go to KSI Paratroop 7 for questions

• KSI Senior Leadership is now making divisional workshops a new task for all 7's staff per division.

• This weeks theme is MMS (Member Management System) and Access Denied.

• The divisional 7's staff is to host a themed workshop and make sure the Co-Founders are posting the notes in the HR section. So basically any 7's staff can host, Co-Founders post.

Access Denied and Accesses (Gens and higher):

• Make sure that changes are being posted within on Access Denieds within 48 hours of the actual changes happening on Xbox.

• 7's staff member should not be making changes to peoples squads except for examples like: Division transfers, Blacklistings and Security Risks and very few other scenario's.

• Let the Gens do their Jobs!

Bringing Things To Light:

• KSI has taken a new stance on Sexual Harassment and has updated is within the Handbook to be posted later in the year.

• If anyone has seen or heard of any further inappropriate contacting involving KSI Mpliers 7 please inform your divisional leadership.

• DO NOT EVER FEEL THREATENED BY ANY MEMBER OF ANY RANK TO REPORT SEXUAL HARASSMENT.

• Also please be open about any relationships regarding KSI members to your divisional leadership so that they may be aware of any possible future scenaro's.

• On another note, please make sure you're (Divisional 7's staff) signing up your divisions for the Division Leaders meeting. It helps us know who needs to be invited so we aren't randomly pulling in members.
