When you have a recruit they change thier motto and bio to state which sqaud division rank and who recruited them on what date. We also went over recruiting techniques and regulations of age and requirements to join KSI. I explained to them that bios must be open to everyone and you should go through a potential recruits friends list to make sure there are no blacklisted members and to ensure that they dont already belong to another clan. We talked about how it is our job to make new members feel welcome and to play with them when we are online. We went over the code of conduct as well and I am offering to recruit new ppl in front of my sergeants. we are going to be scheduling to have sgts sit in while i recruit over the next week:) Sunday meeting 04/15/12 Who attended KSI Angel89 KSI Irishknight KSI BIG NASTY XxBigpapi86xX jinxs666 xMcpounderx nachosoccerstar KSI USNCpt Bobo KSI GoDz Prophit KSI CIRVIS KSI 6ReEk K1NG KSI The Big CLS Ju4g1EM4N Diggyfire62 HomicidalRebel1 Koonsy KSI ComCody2224 Cruuel KSI Cheddar Bob7 KSIxMetalIndian What we discussed Promotions KSI Angel89 1st Cpt KSI BIG NASTY 3rd Cpt KSI KrisKong 4th Cpt KSI Irishknight 2nd LT KSI 6ReEk K1NG 3rd LT KSI Stinkeye 4th LT KSI CIRVIS SSGT Head hunter announcements KSI beat BIBO 4 out of five games. We will be splitting soon into two squads so I want everyone to understand what is going to happen. Some members will be going with the new general to the new squad. It doesnt mean I dont like you it just means you are better placed there. You will be deleting sigma as a friend and adding the new squad tag.
