We have only 41 members on the squad tag. We are slowly getting up there in numbers. It is a slow climb but we are getting there. Well First off WELCOME TOO SHADOW RISING!!!!!! For a squad to split you have to have at least 100 members. You shouldn’t even be worried about splitting until you have at least 95 members. We have seen it before just like with if the squad isn’t ready, when it splits it might fall. The service tag is NOT a part of the uniform anymore. The emblem is all that you really need to worry about. Just please make sure that they are not rude terms. PLEASE stop adding Random sevens on your friends list. Not all of them are from your divisions and they have their divisions they half to keep an eye on! Please When you go to transfer divisions OR even transferring squads please follow the chain of commands. IT IS THERE FOR A REASON! Only senior directors can black list someone. New Rules for SR! The age limit is set to 15 year old. Every Officers has to have at least 2 recruits a week or they will be demoted. We need to have a little bit more custom game lobbies going. We sure as hell are doing better than we have been. We just hit 50 but have lost two since then because of not having enough custom lobbies. When we get up to at least 60 members we are going to get the teams started back up. KSI IMPULSE 7 IS NO LONGER BLACKLISTED. Week end Warfare is EVERY FRIDAY. WW is a compataion in all games. MW3, Halo:Reach, even Full House Poker!! This week s WW was a 4v4 Domination on MW3. Youtube: KSI Global Gaming Network has a channel on youtube now!! Other than that we are doing a lot better. Meeting Notes : Shadow Rising is currently sitting at 242 members and we are slowly growing. We are doing amazing for a brand new division. One of our squads just spilt so we are doing amazing! Please keep up the recruiting. DO NOT GET LAZY because if we do get lazy then Silence will kind of stay where we are at. At a standstill. All of meeting will be help on Halo : Reach. We are a Halo:Reach Squad so our meetings will be on Halo:Reach and NOTHING ELSE! Please do not be scared to post in the Suggestion box on the forum! If you have an idea and you want to share it with someone post it in the Suggestion box, no one else can see it but Senior Directors. Weekend Warfare will be held EVERY Friday. We permoted D-Boi to a captain and Top Notch to a LT. We are a little under 70 members. Activity is amazing in Silence. Recruiting and Custom Games are going amazing. Meeting notes SR is doing amazing. We gained 30 members this week. We are almost at 300! We are about 50 members away from flagship. Fast Promotion there is a lot of it going on. Fast permuting is forbidden in this division. LT 2-3 weeks. Cpt 2-3 weeks. Make sure they no the coc and the sop if they are an officer. KSI is based on…fun… Fun is the reason why a lot of people join KSI. Make custom games at least twice a week. Tags: Make sure you get on at least twice a week. Fluff will be deleted at least a once week. Access Denieds : good job keep Access Denieds updated. Make sure that you are posting in the chat box if you update it. Youtube KSI Balphy 7 Officer staff what to look for…look how active they are. Rec is the last thing you look for in a Officers. Make sure you leadership is active. USE THE CHAIN OF COMAND! We are losing a decent amount of members due to inactivity and the new underage limit. The new age requirement is 16 and up. All 15 year olds will be transferred to a different division and removed. We need to build this division on mature members. Setting up lobbies with training for SGTs and SSGT. Fast promotions need to stop. People are getting promoted way to fast. All promotions needs to go through a co-founder. No division will be splitting over the summer. Battle Rights ladies and gents are back!!! How is Silence doing : Silence isn’t doing that great. We have been hit hard with losing all of these underage members but we can bounce back. We have been through wrose and we bounced back throu that. So guys DO NOT give up. Access Denied needs to be logged on to at least every 3 days and if it isn’t the leaders need to check with them the before access gets revoked. Squad tags need to be signed in at least once a day and on Fridays the squad tags need to match Access Denieds. Meeting notes need to be posted on Mondays before midnight. Forum activity needs to be used by leaders from LT and Up. Lets get up on the forums ladies and gentlemen. The only way someone can become a genral is if they are 16 years old and have the time requirements and the proper training. We are a mautre Gaming Community it is time we start showing it. To remind people we have a 1 strike policy on anyone under the age of 17 in KSI. We will be running game nights a few different times a week. Our officers will be setting up lobbies for custom games. Also, there me be rough patches here and there, but we have some of the old spirit left from Onyx. Whatever is thrown at us, we can overcome it. Next thing to do is clear all the silver accounts. We will be start hosting a lot more custom games with CE to get them used to each other, for a better and more productive merge. Please make sure to add the squad tag when you are recruiting. Silence is growing at a slow and steady pace, we to grow strong and weed out the people that are not good for and officer staff.
