Leana Harris 23 Posted April 28, 2012 Report Share Posted April 28, 2012 The basic stuff that you really need to go over in the recruiting speech is tell them little bit about KSI (how big we are, how old the community is, what we are about), then put the in their uniform (colors, emblem, motto, bio), make them add the tag and you are all done! With oppertunity to try new things and LEARN!! A helpful idea, I keep a copy of the CoC in my folder along with notes and Ideas on my PC. Dont be very boring with them because you will bore them to death and they will quit in a few days, throw some jokes and sound happy and exited. You wanna make them feel as much welcome as you can Play a bunch of games with them, be their best friend and you will be good to go! You dont really want to recruit on your own just because It WILL get boring for you one day or another so have your buddy with you to chat and plus that you might get other members interested in recruiting that you gonna bring with.
