Spirit Week will be held Wednesday, June 21st through Sunday, June 25th. As per every large event, there will be a schedule of events, a forums poll, and a scoring system to rank divisions in the order they finish. Schedule: Wednesday, June 21st: Destiny 2 Nightfall Speedrun (6pm EST) MLB The Show 23 Home Run Derby (8pm EST) Challenge Poll Opens (7pm EST) Thursday, June 22nd Golf With Your Friends (6pm EST) Fortnite Battle Royale Custom (8pm EST) Friday, June 23rd: Rainbow 6 Siege 4v4 Secure Area (6pm EST) Saturday, June 24th: Apex Legends BR Trios Speedrun (6pm EST) GTA V Series X/S Edition (8pm EST) Sunday, June 25th: Minecraft Build off 4th of July Theme Judging (5pm EST) *Gang Beasts Backup* COD MWII 4v4 CDL Hardpoint (7pm EST) Challenge Poll Closes (6pm EST) **Event Sign Ups** All sign-ups will be posted in the Spirit Week section with details on the events. A Co-Founder or higher in the division is responsible for posting the sign-ups. No other members should be posting the sign ups. The rosters can be changed up until the sign-ups close two hours before the event begins. Just like the previous annual event, each event will have no team or individual participation cap. All members who compete must be documented on Omega before June 14th 2023. For any member that had a join/rejoin app in before June 14th but was recruited after, please reach out to KSI Akame 77 and it will be discussed on a case-by-case basis. Any member recruited into KSI and entered into the CMS after June 14th will not be eligible to compete in the team-based events. They will be eligible for the Forums Poll. **Captains Meeting and Discord** Like we did with Spring Break this year, Captains Meeting will be held on discord for all events. When signing teams up, Divisional 7's staff will be asked to include the Team Captain's Discord username in the post. The team captain will then be added as a friend by KSI Akame 77 or KSI Atom 7 on discord, and once accepted will be invited to the Annual Events Team Captains discord server. Please make sure that your captains are on the lookout for this friend request and accept/join the server in a timely manner. If there are any changes to who will be your team captain, please reach out to KSI Akame 77 or KSI Atom 7 and let them know as soon as possible. Discord: Darth Akame#7781 Or AtomXGen#0001 **Challenge Poll** There will be a Challenge Poll posted as part of the event in the Spirit Week Section of the forums. It will open at 7 p.m. EST on Wednesday and close at 6 p.m. EST on Sunday. Votes will count toward participation for divisions, and members must reply to the topic to receive the Spirit Week 2023 Award. **Divisional Cup** As with all of our Annual Events, the final standings of Spirit Week will contribute to the Divisional Cup standings. The division that has earned the most points across all Annual Events at the end of the year will be crowned as the 2023 Divisional Cup Winner at the awards show in January. **Scoring Guide** The final results for Spirit Week will be calculated based off both participation and placements in each event. For a division to get a participation point for the Challenge Poll, they must garner 20 votes in the poll. For the rest of the events, each team or participant that shows up will receive one point each for their division. For individual events, a division can earn a maximum of seven (7) points for an event if four participants show up and one of the participant places first. For team events, a division can earn a maximum of six (6) points for an event if three teams show up and one of the team places first. If both teams place in the top 3, additional points will only be given for the highest placed team. 1st = +3 points 2nd = +2 points 3rd = +1 point Participate = 1 point per team or individual that participates.
