Whenever you have team tryouts, please let your General know so he/she can spam it out from the squad tag. Have the following info: Date/Time/Host.

When you finally do have the tryouts, you want to make sure that you have 5 different custom games of the appropriate game (Swat, Headhunters, etc.) Have different members on the teams every round. After every game you will need to write each persons score down (Remember, not how many kills they got but an actual score). You want to make sure that the members who try out have what it takes to be a great team member. You want to look at how good their communications skills are (call outs), are they willing to listen to you and take your orders as a team CPT, and are they even that good? Please look at all of those aspects that they need to have. When you are finished with the tryouts, take the 5 scores that you wrote down for every person, Add them and then Divide by 5. That will give you the average score of the person. Do that for every member who tried out. Highest score-1 Place, Lowest score-Last place. Make sure that only your CPTs run your teams!

Keep in mind that if your team is lacking on some of the skills, dont feel bad and dont make them look bad. This is why we have Team Practices. You want to establish the time and dates that you wanna have your tryouts on and make sure you pick the time where it would be good for everyone, not only you.
