Let's keep up the good work and lets keep the new members coming! -We've met our goal of 240 in CE, our new goal is to have 260 by next sunday, a tough number but let's do our part ECLPISE! -We're doing a wonderful job getting the newer members involved in games and such, lets keep it up. -We have a ranking stucture for a reason, lets use it. Keep it up guys! -I don't want to see anymore mass recruiting, don't stop recruiting but do it more selectlively. I'm more concerned about growing within the squad. -I'd like to see everyone gaming with someone they usually don't. Check us out on facebook, youtube, and twitter also. -I'd like to see more of my SGTs in the FTLA classes, you can sign up for them on the forums. Also on that note, KSIPsycoMantis is going to be hosting more SGT workshops this week, he has been nice enough to invite ECLPISE members to attend as well so let's take him up on the offer. Too much infromation is never a bad thing, KSI Zohan or myself will contact everyone when we find out what day and time. -We've entered into a non-agression pact with MEA, meaning they will not poach from us and they will give us respect as we will do the same for them. Go there to check out new and past episodes to keep up on whats going on in the KSI world. -Go check out the AAP section no the forums to apply for new positions for the site. read the requirements to make sure you are eligible. -I would like to see the teams more active, we are having battles weekly but I'd like to see even more. contact KSI Beheldx502 for snipers and KSI Zohan for SWAT. I wanna see ECLPISE stand out, I want squads all over KSI talking about us and I want people taking numbers to get their ass kicked by us! -We have a few people to aviod. SOD Izzzz Jake is trying to poach members from CE, also if you are contacted by anyone with Tatsu in their name or in their bio block comms right away. Its just an angry kid with not enough to do and he wants to try to disturb the way we do things. -I'd like to see some recruiting done this week. That being said, I want recruiting done properly. Security and backround checks, the correct people added, ect, ect. -KSI Zohan will be holding a SGT workshop this tuesday at 730 PM eastern time. I expect to see a full lobby. No one asks to join, they get asked. (Special circumstances allowed with KSI Zohan's discretion) - We are now recruiting QUALITY instead of QUANTITY. - Rank structure is there for a reason, use it. Sergeant workshops are now every Tuesday and Thursday at 6 PM, until we split. - Officer training sessions are every Friday at 7 PM, until we split. - Custom game nights are every Wednesday at 7 PM - Code of Conduct is finalized, everyone needs a copy of it. - Code of Conduct is there for a reason. Any members breaching the CoC may face immediately booting from they're squad, or possibly worse.
