We discussed the ned division we are in and why our name is no longer sigma. We discussed recruiting and how it is important to recruit quality over quantity. I also stated that the age for our division is 17 and older. Priest announced the recruiting contest that starts may 20th and ends june 20th for the whole division and how it works. a minimum of 12 recruits that are valid and active. one winner in each squad. We talked about the split and what it means when a squad branches off into a new squad. I mentioned that some of them will be going with Irishknight and that is not a bad thing. This allows members a chance to shine and rank up:) Disciple split into Blackout. Irishknight is the new general of black out. I am encouraging my players to get more involved. Also I am hosting a sgt training on tuesday the 22nd at 9 pm eastern time. CPLs are also allowed to come so that i can be sure they are properly trained for the recruiting contest. I made sure my squad understands it is imperative that we make no mistakes when recruiting and we have fun while we do it:) Promotions will be happening next week. Reminder about the recruiting contest. Playing with eachother and new members. KSI PRIEST spoke about the website ksiforums.org and he encouraged members to sign up on here. We also discussed sending new recruits to the recruit tag and NOT the squad tag. All new recruits must be properly mentored. I reminded everyone to stay in uniform and fix your mottos if you havent already done so. I made the announcement that headhunters will be starting up:) Weekendwarfare.com was also mentioned at the meeting. Contests are always going on members just have to sign up:) Age requirements for recruits was also mentioned. 17 and older. I also encouraged my players to please ask if they are in doubt about something. If they dont feel comfortable recruiting ask for help. PRIEST also emphasized on this as well. We dont want our members to be uncomfortable recruiting or mentoring. all you need to do is ask for help and someone will come:) We also discussed courtesy towards other members. Makind sure members are atleast 17 or older. Properly mentoring new members as well and making sure everyone has who recruited them and mentored them and what dates this occured. Playing together and with new members as well. Head hunter tryouts hosted by KSI Deadly x3 on saturday at 9 [m eastern time. Please dont waste his time if you do not have the time to show up to atleast one practice a week and battles against other squads and clans every week as well. Recruiting contest still going on and it looks hopeless for our squad. Please remember to recruit for a contest if you WANT TO WIN, Only active recruits count.
