The notes are as follows. -This week we need to concentrate on training. -Make sure you are signed up on the forums. -We have officers positions open, I'm keeping my eye out for people to fill the slot. -Lets slow down on recruiting for now, make sure our Sgt's (The majority of the squad right now) Are properly trained. Side notes: We had a full lobby this week and almost had to split into two, AWESOME improvement from last weeks meeting. Keep up the attendance guys. A lot of people have been getting on Mine craft and other things a little too much recently and I'd like to see it change. Get on MW3 for an hour a day and make it productive. -When you get a new recruit, introduce them to the rest of the squad! Introduce them to the officers and to me. This will help keep their moral up and make them want to stay. This includes party hopping with them. Bring 'em around. You don't have to make a huge deal out of it but make it Interesting for them. -SGT's, Lt's and CPTN's NEED to know the rank structure up to Senior Director. Also be sure you read your job's description so you know if you're doing everything you need to be. -Inactivity has been moved from 30 days to 14 days.Unless you tell me your going to be gone, you will be removed from the squad tag. -FFG Is a new clan that we want you all to stay away from. They are poaching members and causing problems so just avoid them. -KSI ArcticWolf Is the new HH Commander.
