We had 20 people attend by my count from the squads, and also more game nights to be hosted by Gwood28 and Huckleberry on Wednesday’s and Fridays. · Informed the squad about the rules on friends and family, boyfriend/girlfriend issues and showing favoritism can get you transferred to a new squad if need be. · Age limit for KSI is 17 · LB is no longer to be bashed by any other squad or division, doing so will be dealt with, also don’t bash or talk down to other squads we are all here to build KSI and we need to keep things positive. · I explained the chain of command and how to use it, and also what the 7’s are, asked that any problem by any member even if it is not in our squad can be directed to the chain of command. · When mentoring make sure to invite a higher ranking officer into the party to help welcome the new recruit. Also when recruiting a person make sure that they know who their General, Major, and Captains are. Priest77 had a great point here and said that we should invite all that we could and make a game party out of it, let’s get this implemented right away! · Get everyone registered on the forums, Gwood and HUCKLEBERRY will be on to help after the meeting. · KSI on Facebook · Stay away from J2H members because of hacking. · Officers training on Tuesday at 9pm/et hosted by Angel 77. Everyone from Staff Sergeant up to attend.
 Awards

KSI Gwood 77 5
Division Meeting 8/23/12 Who Attended: KSI Gwood28 tR Rezurrection KSI DESTINY KSI Dead Bodies KSI Dr Lector KSI Mystique KSI HUCKLEBERRY KSI Mc Twinkie Special Guest: KSI SierraMike7 KSI PRIEST 77 What we talked about: Recruiting and mentoring, if you mentor someone, you are their for the long run, the mentor can take just as much blame as the one who is in trouble, It's the mentor responsibility to make sure the member they mentor is following the KSI Code of Conduct. Sexual harassment is a big issue, it is not tolerated and if you get caught you will be punished, demoted or kicked out of KSI, if it serious enough you can be blacklisted Favoritism, not enough to promote someone, Promotions are for hard work, will not tolerate favoritism in BLACKOUT, you earn your spot, and the only way to keep your spot is to do your job. Just because your friends with KSI Gwood28 or KSI HUCKLEBERRY does not mean you wont get demoted if you do not do your job properly. A minimum of 5 recruits a week for the whole squad KSI PRIEST 77 also mentioned the recruiting tournament going on right now: 1st place= $100, 2nd place= 3200 MSP, 3rd= 1600 MSP, lets start recruiting! Promotions- Blackout has a lot of spots to fill within the squad, 3 Captains, a Lieutenant spot, and a Staff Sergeant spot, if you want to step up in the Squad (especially Sergeants) show it and it will be noticed, if you want to step up and become a leader in BLACKOUT, prove it. Promotions: KSI HEPHAESTUS(4LT) to 2LT- He has shown that he wants to be a big part of KSI. He is doing his job as a LT and shows that he wants to learn more about KSI. Has shown leadership in game play as well as game and party chat.
 Awards

Best squad in the division hands down. Sgts and up, remember to get 1 recruit every 2 weeks, LTs and up 1 mentor a week, if you are not up to the challenge, then there are plenty of of SGT that will love to step up, its nothing personal, we need to make sure our new recruits (especially blackout) are getting mentored · if you’re having problems recruiting reach out to the guys that are good at recruiting, they can help you, Blackout is a family, all you need to do is ask. · CPLs, if you are interested in recruiting let a CPT or up know so we can train you, you’ll need to have a SGT or up in the party when recruiting, the SGT or up does not take the recruit from you, however the recruit needs to put in there bio that they were supervised by that SGT as well as recruited by the CPL (This is probably confusing, soooooo ya hahahhahahaha) · Game nights, SGTs if you are slacking on recruiting, come to Gwood28 about hosting a game night, this will pardon you from that one recruit that those 2 weeks, get with Gwood so he can send a message out on the squad tag to get the game nights known to the entire squad, DOES NOT HAVE TO BE IN MW3 · A shoutout to my HeadHunters, our first squad is undefeated and our second squad has only lost one, and that one lost was to our first squad, if you are wanting to get in on our top dog Head Hunters, speak with HUNTSCAMPRZ or HEPHAESTUS PROMOTIONS: o HUNTSCAMPRZ (4LT)- to 2LT, hunt has really stepped up these last couple of weeks, really happy with how active he has been and how he is more than willing to recruit and mentor o HEPHAESTUS (2CPT)- to 1CPT, has shown that he can run his own squad, fully confident in his decisions that he makes throughout the squad, works well with me and is a good recruiter and mentors a lot, is very consistent with his play.
