Reeses 9
The meeting notes are as follows: If you see someone playing a game by themselves join them we need to get back in the groove of things. illusion is getting director live stream up soon. Members who watch can possibly win awards. No one has an excuse not have a forums account since internet explorer is now on xbox live. We are still on lock-down due to the clan MEA attempting to poach KSI members and leading attacks against the KSI community they are not blacklisted but no one is allowed to contact them nor have a MEA member on their friends list. Play games with other squads' member in AV as well as Void's members. We need to come together more as a division and a family. KSI UselessCape is starting up a div-wide forge team and is going to open try-outs for all members in AV. Anyone can join so if you want to try-out contact KSI UselessCape. New Division colors: Armor Primary - White Armory Secondary - Violet Emblem - Whatever you desire Service Tag - Now required to have Service Tag show your rank 8. KSI PROD1GY 7 24
Good job on covering most of the detail here Reeses, but I would just like to point out a few things. First, there should be something in here about the changes that were made at the squad level (i.e. void and twisted members going to new squads, based on gametype). Second, make sure you clarify the "mass recruiting" to incorporate how we need to be selective. Initial mass messages are nothing but a preliminary advertisement for any interested potential new recruits. Further measures must be taken to weed out any undesirable attempts to join our community, such as security threats and immature, or rude gamers. Yes, we must employ new tactics to start bringing in new members, but we certainly do not want to do so at the expense of the quality we seek. xAlphaKat 7 24
The meeting notes are as follows- -Everyone give a BIG congratulations to KSI Gray Fox 7 on becoming AV's new Founder! -Harassment by or towards any member about someones sexual preference/orientation is not tolerated. It is ground for immediate removal. If any Void member is vcaught breaking ANY rule on the CoC they will be removed immediately. No tolerance for non tolerance ladies and gentleman. KSI is about having fun, not worrying about how everyone else lives their lives. -If you leave KSI you CANNOT come back at your previous rank, UNLESS you return within 48 hours of leaving. HOWEVER exceptions will be made. If you are in the military and are sent on deployment, you may return to your squad at your previously held rank. However, if that rank and those around it have been filled in your absence, you can be placed in a squad where that rank is avalible. Under extreme circumstances, with Senior Director and Board members approval you can return. (Death in family, birth of your child, etc etc) But it better be a very good reason. -Void will now be balancing out custom games and matchmaking time. If we're spending too much time matchmaking we may get alot of recruits, but if we dont spent time playing with those members, we won't keep them. So it would be a waste of time. Where as if we spend too much time playing customs, we won't be recruiting. Let's balance them out and remind everyone what KSI is all about. -Custom games and maps arn't as readily avalible to us in Halo 4 as they were in Halo: Reach. So I'd like everyone to take some time and get some custom stuff made. Just start forging and see what you come up with. Who knows you may have a KSI classic in your mind and all you need to do is forge it out. The more custom games and maps we have the better our time will be here in KSI. I will also abide by this and will start forging again like I did when I was a SGT/LT/CPT. I'll try to dedicate some time and get some good games going! I'm going to start on figuring out how to get snipe-a-mole going again. I know how much everyone hated that game. -A forge team for Altered Vengeance has started. KSI Reeses Cups of Strife, KSI UselessCape of Strife, and our very own KSI Beheldx502 are in charge of it, so get in touch with them if you are a good forger. They will be forging alot so get in there and see what everyone can come up with! =D -All new recruits are going to be followed up with by me personally. As the general, I will be welcoming them into the squad and make more effort to get them involved. -Now a requirement to add the new members. When the recruitment message is sent out, add the person being recruited, you could find a best friend in a new recruit but you'll never know until you add them! KSI Beheldx502 and KSIxFORSAKEN and myself are working hard to bring in new members, everyone should be playing with them! USE THE SQUAD TAG TO FIND PEOPLE!!! -KSIxFORSAKEN will be hosting a Void custom game night this Tuesday at 7 PM eastern. I myself will also attempt to start hosting more customs, once my work schedule starts being more regular this week I'll let people know when I'm hosting! xAlphaKat 7 24
The meeting notes are as follows- - The rank of Major has been abolished. Due to squads and division (NOT US) abusing the power of the Major rank, it will no longer be avalible, from here out 1CPT is the equivelent of the Major. -Lobby security. Parties need to be invite only. KSI is still on lockdown, so if you're in a party, lock it down, if you're in someone elses, ask them nicely to close it, if they refuse, start one and close it and invite them to yours. But we must maintain security! Also, game lobbies should be friends only or invite only. -KSI is an invite only community. Take pride in that. No one asks to join KSI, they get asked. Plain and simple. So please take pride in KSI and say no when someone asks to join. -TSHIRTS ARE COMING! Get on the forums and put in your sizes. This is an amazing thing for KSI. First off, we get hoodies and tshirt. Second, the money we spend on the tshirts and hoodies goes to higher leadership, and straight back into KSI. No one makes money but the tshirt makers, so you get a great shirt and/or hoodie to show your support of KSI, AND KSI gets more money to invest in us, the members. -I will be pushing to start a SWAT team over the next few weeks, but I want squad activity to improve first. -While recruiting, try to have fun, if you're not enjoying yourself, potential recruits could be missing the big picture. They may be steered away simply because you, the recruiter, are not having fun. SO HAVE FUN IF YOU RECRUIT! That's what KSI is ALL about. Fun. -Every officer must have a forums account, but luckily I've never had problems with that. Thank you Void. <3 - A new requirement to be an officer in Void- You must host atleast one custom game night a week. -Custom game night date, time, and host- Tuesday, 7 PM Eastern, KSIxFORSAKEN Friday, 8 PM Eastern, KSI Zohan Saturday, 8 PM Eastern, KSI BeheldX502 Sunday, Right after meetings, KSI Zohan Attendance- KSI Zohan KSI BeheldX502 KSIxFORSAKEN KSI Shepard KSI Skilful Straubo69 Promotions- KSIxFORSAKEN to 1LT Straubo69 ro CPL
 xAlphaKat 7 24
The meeting notes are as follows- - Security lock down. Due to attempts by J2H to contact KSI so heavily, AV will be on a lock down for the time being. All parties and lobbies should be closed. If you meet someone with KSI in their name but you don't know who they are, try and find out. Come to the Zohan, he will always be available to help you locate someone within KSI. - Security settings. xAlphaKat 7 24
The meeting notes are as follows- - KSI AstroBoy HAS been blacklisted, for joining a blacklisted community, specifically KOS. He is to be removed IMMEDIATELY from all friends lists. - Minecraft team has hereby been disbanded, and in its place we will be starting a slayer team. - DL has had the majority of their leadership leave the community. Those members formed KOS, and are now blacklisted for poaching. - Everyone congratulate KSI ImPyyy 7 on his promotion from Division Leader of GZ to Director. He's certainly earned it. - Bill's KSI is attempting to take credit for the DL members leaving. Not true. Because of this however, attempted Bill's KSI hittings have been happening. Stay vigilant. -There are different KSI's, please be aware of the difference between them. - We wanna see more forum activity, and that website is www.ksiforums.org - Recruiting has been phenomenal. Keep up the hard work. - Buddy system will be put in place! - When you send someone to the recruit tag, their motto needs to be filled out AT MINIMUM. Would like more filled out but must at least have the motto. - Attendance First Lobby- Host - KSI Zohan KSI SwishierT9 KSI Believe KSI Mythic KSI CRONUSAURUS KSI CONMON99 KSI adriix5 KSI CraziAngel KSI Orbit KSICabinetTrash EXAUL7ED Premium sparK pinaOWNS SumKindaWeirdo DemonLord F15 Extraneouz Second Lobby- Host - KSIxFORSAKEN KSI KingCryptic KSI xXxDrifter KSI DarkDreamer KSI Orbit KSI Accents KSI RichFTB DropTime44 theLastMimzy Rillikual XFactor0666 xX6BALDEAGLE9Xx Special Guests- None Promotions- KSI SwishierT9 - 4CPT KSI Believe - 2LT KSI Mythic - 4LT
