King or Fatality as i like to call him is the definition of outstanding service. I met him back in ES in 2014. We were both gens at the time an he went became my co-founder. An from the day he became that he had my back now forward to now were currently in the 7 staff together. But before then he guided me along the way as a member, officer, an general. He is always there to lend a hand wherever hes needed in his time in KSI hes been to alot of divisions an everywhere hes went he has turned ut around whether it be a squad or a division. So in my eyes this man has been doing outstanding service for years. @KSI xKing 77

Gamertag: KSI xKing 77 Link to Forums Account: @KSI xKing 77 Award: Outstand Service Lvl 2 Reason: It’s hard to find a starting point when it comes to fay fay I first meet him four years ago when he was a second lieutenant in ES and as quickly as you could blink he was my Co-Founder over hydra. I had great mentors in KSI Cole 7 and KSI Shivers 7, but fay fay was truly my first partner together we grew Hydra ES to a split. Due to not having my time requirements king went above and beyond making sure to get messages about all our daily events as well as helping to teach our growing staff before the split. Shortly after fay fay left came back to KSI in LW I don’t know much about his time or experience but knowing him he added another great leader to the division. Soon after he became King and helped lead DR to a split creating CD. More recently he’s became a join/rejoin app mod and has been super active in both web ops and clan ops. Now in DW he’s the perfect example of a Co-Founder he’s been taking a very active role in both of his squads also going well beyond his expectations in everyway possible. I will be dropping my vote for this nomination.

I will say this. I have seen Barbie go out of her way this last month as a cpt in FI in a squad that was being hit left and right and being poached I watched her rally the troops so to speak in her squad and hold it together. She has been very active in that role and now as the new Gen of her squad I see that growing and I see her being on top of whipping things back into ship shape this member has been very dedicated and seeing that during a time of strife is outstanding.

King has really inspired me these past few months. He has been transforming one of our squads that has been struggling very badly. He is doing anything necessary to get them back in working order, even reaching out to other squads to get help with whatever the squad needs. He is really unifying our division as a whole by doing this. King has been our liaison through the rollout of PO workshops. This could have been very difficult but, he made it smooth and a very easy adjustment for our division. Also, as a Performance Officer over DW he implemented the Welcoming Committee. Even though his schedule makes it harder to get together with everyone he still finds time to make it happen. If I had to choose a word to describe King I would use perseverance. He perseveres through any adversity and is a staple that keeps together this division.

KSI MetalBarbie is always working super hard to make sure that her members know what’s going on and feel included. She has introduced me to several members and has run several workshops that I know of and I have attended. She’s professional and always looking to help make things run smoothly.

I didn't know Lil Spoot Spoot till he became a director when I was COO. From his first directors meeting I could tell he was a hard worker and had tremendous potential. This was quite confusing to me as Rita was young buck and as with many squeakers, you would assume he was but immature and cognitively impaired. I was truly impressed with his depth of KSI knowledge and eagerness to learn more. In that capacity he joined many different departments on top of being a director to further his knowledge and tried to stick close to the board, the seniors, and his fellow directors to learn as much as much as possible. In that respect he was like that little bro that always follows you around and sometimes makes you want to punt him like a football, but of course he was doing it for the betterment of KSI and himself, so you can't be mad at that. Fast Forward abit to him being promoted to senior(over some people who had been director longer than him I might add) and he is still working just as hard(harder) and still trying to expand his knowledge to better KSI. Not many leaders come through KSI at Spooders age and become as successful and knowledgeable, Fuzzy and Darknight to name a few. He has big shoes to fill and is doing a great job doing so far. I have no doubt one day he will be leading this community and is obviously a future hall of famer. So basically what I'm saying is, give this young man the award he clearly deserves. I don't wanna have to wrestle Riot again, I still haven't healed from him stabbing me with his bag pipes last time.

Co-Division Leader Gamertag: KSI Gruntier 7 – CDIV/DM Link to forums account: @KSI Gruntier 7 Reasoning why they deserve this: Gruntier deserves this award because he understands how to handle issues (on any level imaginable) in a transparent, level-headed, and non-convoluted manner. I sincerely appreciate this. “Grunt” or “Eli” as I know him took the time to respond to a question I posed to my General in an officer’s chat. His unexpected yet refreshing “small essay” (his own words) response in the chat truly clarified an important issue, and for that I’m grateful. Lastly, DM is currently without a Div L, and I sincerely believe Grunt – by and through his actions – is already filling these shoes. Thank you, Grunt for always being professional, honest, cool, calm, and collected. Discord server, he’s there; Forums, he’s there. Message him, tag him, or simply mention his gamertag and he’ll answer the call. This month for Spirit Week, Blood offered up a pre-order copy of Anthem to be raffled off to those who voted/commented on the forums challenge. This isn’t the first time I’ve witnessed Blood do things such as this to motivate DM members. In addition, Blood truly gets things done; I’ve noticed Blood is a man of action. Lastly, he is extremely efficient in executing his myriad of duties, and I truly appreciate this. Thank you, Blood for all your hard work and motivation. He is extremely dedicated to the morale of our Division by always taking the time for the extra things that make a difference for DM. This month, Kyle took it upon himself to create a channel on DM’s discord server dedicated to this year’s E3 conference. He took the time to sort and post a massive amount of content putting the same at the fingertips of all DM’s members. I was unable to watch E3 this year, but I sincerely appreciate Kyle putting forth maximum effort with this project, allowing me (and the entire Division) to simply find what I’m interested in and click a link. General Gamertag: KSIxRomeo – GEN – DM/VENOM Link to forums account: @KSIxROMEO Reasoning why the deserve this: Romeo deserves this award because of his extraordinary patience and willingness to help members from across DM, no matter the squad. I’ve observed Romeo patiently lead/run through Destiny 2 raids with members who’ve never run some of the raids/encounters (myself included), explaining in an easy-to-understand manner how to complete each section. If a member falters, he’s the first to get the member back in action. I’ve witnessed Romeo instill and foster self-confidence in his own squad’s officers/members and beyond. Thank you, Romeo. LT Gamertag: KSI Whiskey82 – 3LT – DM/DISCORD Link to forums account: @KSI WHISKEY Reasoning why they deserve this: “Whiskey” as I know him, deserves this award because he always puts his best foot forward, going out of his way to assist members of DM. Specifically, new recruits. This month, Whiskey tried many times (and in the process, spending a large amount of time) to help two recruits who’d either lost access to Xbox Live due to a lost password or had a glitch which prevented their bio/location from displaying on their Xbox Live profile. Finally, Whiskey is not afraid to speak up when something is amiss. He is a strong, efficient officer with true leadership qualities, and I sincerely appreciate his time and assistance in making Discord Squad a great place to be. Thanks, Whiskey for constantly and consistently contributing to the success of our Division/Squad and for not being afraid to speak up/speak your mind.

It really is a hard decision to choose between two massive comic hero making geniuses. I really cannot set the both apart in the same way that I wouldn't be able to choose my favourite hero. Or between Star Wars and Star Trek these were the formation of my childhood and I wouldn't want to have missed out on any of these.
