Ascend uses his past experiences to help make LW the best it can be. Ascend hosts the officer workshops every week and teaches what he can about leadership so that we can all do the best we can in our squads. Even though he is a 7 and is busy he goes to squad gamenights and have a blast with all the members. Ascend is the greatest founder I have had while in KSI, and I have had a few. Theres even more that he does that as an officer in a squad I don't know about either. General KSI MuddyGirl 7(Co-founder - LW/N/A) - Link to forums account - http://www.ksiforums.org/profile/30436-ksi-muddygirl-7/ Reasoning why the deserve this - Muddy is one of those rear kind of leaders. She is fun, friendly, unbiased, and very focused. Muddy since she was promoted to general did her best to create a foundation of communication. She did that. She did her best to create an officer staff that she trusts. She did that. She wanted activity to increase. She did that. When situations arise she pushes her friendships aside and is completely unbiased when handling issues. When promoting or demoting officers she pushes her friendships aside and is completely unbiased. She expects everyome to do there job, and doesn't do it for them, and because of that they do that. She also schedules and plans the LW fun night, she does great with that, and because of that so many people have been introduced to people in multiple squads. She also continuously pushes the standards in both SAMURAI and LW. She deserves this reward. If you talk to her you will agree, if you talk to the 7s in LW you will agree, if you talk to the officers and members in SAMURAI you will agree. Captain KSI MCMILLEN (3CPT - LW/SAMURAI) -Link to forums account http://www.ksiforums.org/profile/30190-ksi-mcmillen/ Reasoning why they deserve this - MCMILLEN never thought he would be where he is now. MCMILLEN worked through the ranks and did his duties well. He worked up from a SSGT with an under staffed squad and worked hard and did well despite that. As captain he has done well by taking care of issues as soon as they come up, stopping situations before they come up, and is doing well leading the headhunter team. One thing that is great about him is his humility. He understands he is a good officer, but he doesn't act like he is better than anyone he doesn't talk about himself. He will be a general eventually and I know he will be good. LT KSI SALMON64 (3LT - LW/SAMURAI) - Link to forums account - http://www.ksiforums.org/profile/28580-ksisalmon641/ Reasoning why they deserve this - Salmon took his position and did a lot better then I ever expected. He trained when he needed to. He took guidance when he needed to. He got with his captains to know how to train his replacements as well. He is performaning his duties well, and he is doing his best. Forum Staff (ADMIN/MODS/DEPARTMENT HEADS) KSI Vocals (Head - History/N/A) - Link to forums account - http://www.ksiforums.org/profile/23344-miss-giggly/ Reasoning why they deserve this - Vocals is a great leader and head. She encourages the team so we can all do our best finding history. When she organizes the duties she splits it up almost perfectly right everytime because she knows what her team members can do. She also knows when to step back to let her cohead and archivers step up to let them learn. She always encourages team work and communication among the team members. She has a drive that is obvious to see. When someone comes online and is ready to be trained she is there to train them up. If a SGT wants to be an officer she is there to mentor them and give them tips, advice, and info they need. She does her best regardless what she is doing. She is always ready to learn and take guidance, and when she is about to learn she is attentive and silently listening. When she has flaws and they are pointed out she learns from them and does better.
